Best and worst baby buys?

My mum bought me a swaddling blanket that was not square. I think it is a Cuddle wrap or something. Stretchy cotton. Swaddled baby up very nicely.

A sling, but NOT a babysense one because they are padded and make it difficult for new mommies to figure out.

We are planning to do our last bit of baby item shopping this weekend, and I was just wondering what we should defnitely buy and what not?

we have all the standard things, but I was wondering about other things- more like luxeries? Like a DiaperChamp, or a special baby swing, swaddle blanket ect?

I like luxury and comfort so anything that could potentially make our lives easier will be a great help!
