My clinic gave me a free box of Cerelac with prunes cereal. It worked like a charm. But do you think I can find it in the shop? Still looking.

I have read so many advices i hope i can remember some of them for you:

Grate a green apple and let it brown and then give it to LO
Brown sugar in water or tea
Purity prunes and prune juice (the prunes you must give to them first thing in the morning, before they eat anything else) It worked for my LB.
Cant they already get fibre in? that should help too.

You know what worked fot my LO. You get probiotics pead. It's in a little blue box. Just ask at the chemist.

One sacket per day in her milk or over food.

Did wonders. It is expensive. But it worked !!

My son used to suffer from constipation, i have used everything until i changed his formula to Novalac IT, it worked like a charm. Not sure for you as your LO is over a year.
