When my baby was born I wasn't sure how often to wash her face and put cream. I used to do so only once a day with aqueas cream but the Paed then said her skin was too dry and I should use Epimax. It has been amazing and her skin looks so beautiful now. It really is the best.

My LG had a type of eczema on her face but it was really bad and looked all pimply and dry. Thh Paed recommended Epimax - found at Clicks or Dischem. Its in a tub which lasts for a while. I stopped using every other product to give her skin a chance to heal. I only started using J & J products again when she was 5 months old.

For massaging use grapeseed oil - nothing fragrant please.

I use a clay glicerine and rooibos soap, from my health shop, it's ugly and brown and doesnt smell like baby products, nonetheless, I'm in love with it!lol
I then used woolworths baby oil, but if your baby is sensitive maybe its worth investing in a good quality plant oil, like grape seed or such from the healthshop or health self.
If he gets a drypatch, sometimes on his cheecks, I put some sudocrem on, I got some samples from Nef and the clinic. Just one application clears it up. Its used for eczema.

My son is also battling with very dry skin on the head and face
My pead told me he has baby excema. I also used Epi-max for juniors but he prescribed Locoid, and it helped immediately.

you can use Epimax for juniors....you can get it at clicks as well. you also get one for adults.

very good, its for dry skin and people who have eczema, its for keeping skin moisturised and is harmless.... I know two people who are using it, one adult and one baby.... gynaes recommend it

I'll try vaseline and see how she reacts to it.
Is anyone using Bennets products? I am currently using their bum cream and bath oil and I've had no problems with them.

Thank you ladies.
