Jan/Feb/Mrch 2012 Momies to Be

I'm at the dr waiting to have a scan. Just seeing a gp in the area that does scans. Will still see my gynae next wed at 9 weeks. But we are flying to jhb tomorrow for the day and I want to be sure everything is ok.

Don't know sex yet

Would've found out yesterday but doc phoned and rescheduled

I have a feeling it will be a girl...

Welcome Mummoo - and congrats on the twins! Hope your MS goes away real soon. Do you know the sex of your babies?

Juandre - With my previous pregnancy I had brown discharge 3 times. Went to the gynae and brown is old blood. Maybe you still had a bit of the old blood left when you fell pregnant and it came out now. I wouldn't stress too much if it is not red (fresh blood), but contact your doc to get reassurance.

AFM - my headache are not constant anymore, rather coming and going. My MS also got better, only naar sometimes now, as oppose to the whole time. BUT now I have constant backache (I have a bad back in any case). But otherwise feeling great.

Amanda - Do you know the sex of your baby? I know Zelf expects a LG.

Juandre don't worry - I had brown discharge constantly and I was freaking out. Went to the doc and he said all is well and that it will probably come and go (which it did!)

If you're worrying - call your doc.

It just happened like that Its in the family on both sides.

Thats just the thing - with my first it passed at 12 weeks so this is really dragging for me! Also, I had an immediate energy boost in the 2nd trimester - I'm sadly still waiting for that to happen!

Welcome Mummoo - congrats on the twins, wow! Did you want twins or did it just work out like that? You are our first twin mommy! Good luck with the , I hope it passes soon, with my first one it only passed at 18 weeks!

Also have a 2 and half yr old little girl who is slowly making herself very attached to daddy! Guess mommy is not so fun anymore

Been a tough prgnancy so far - very different from my first. My sinus/ hayfever is driving me up the pole and the fatigue is really getting to me. Every time I think my vomitting has subsided, I have a morning like I did today when I threw up all my cereal Been a once a week occurrence and really hoping it would stop.

Anyways, just saying hi and hope you ladies are all ok?
