I wouldnt say i am entirely happy with Arwayp but it was not my first choice, i was seeing another lady in sunward park hospital and i was given a contract to sign - which i didnt, i had to pay in R5800 for the delivery cause she chargers discovery rates + more + more. my medical aid would not cover it 100%. so thats the reason why i went back to Brune, he also delivered my son (early 35 weeks) had problems with my placenta and water. but i must say dr brune did pick it up very early cause i was having steroid injections from around 6 months into pregnancy.

kicking and moving is getting hectic, space is running out and she really knows how to pack a punch and my poor ribs but so so worth it. I do cherish every moment.

I have been having a few BH, she turned at 28 weeks and is so "down there" and settled in. i am however still hoping to go natural if i can, but then again the gynaes these days, also with my son i wanted to go but ended up with the c-section, so i dont want to get my hopes up on something that i have no control over.

So we will play it by ear.

Hows the kicking with two precious gifts? what are the sexes of the twins?

I am also going for linkwood and going to deliver with a midwife (Phindi Mashinini) Sounds almost like Mariri's story. But my gynae will be dr Naidoo that works in Linkwood.

With my first pregnancy I saw Dr Brune. But when I checked our the Arwyp maternity ward, I could not imagine birthing there. So I changed gynaes and went to Carstenhof. But I am glad you are happy with Arwyp and Dr Brune.

How is the kicking and moving going? And have you had any Braxton hicks?

I will be joining you on this thread. My EDD is 28 Aug 2013. Looking forward to meeting my babies.

I am pregnant with twins and planning to give birth at Linkwood. I also live close to Arwyp and had my first born in Carstenhof.

Good luck with the kicking and breathing. Currently I have flu and that really sucks! The babies at the bottom pushing the air out of the lungs and the lungs not getting anything in!!!

on the day of the 4d the lady only took pics but the last time she was weight was at 28 weeks and he was 1.4, i had to cancel tomorrows appointment for next week so will update you further,

Omw!!! Look at those cheeks!!! Chubby and too cute man! He looks so comfortable there! He is so cute man!!!

We had our 4D three weeks ago but was "forced" to have naother one with the gynaie that i am very very dissapointed with. i see him again today so i am going to compalin at him today and tell him to rather not disappoint more mommies.

Attached a pic of my little angel. Two weeks ago this (scan) she was 1.2 on saturday she was 1.3kg.

How much does your boy weigh at the moment?

I also cant wait to meet my baby girl, just to hold her and thank God for this amazing gift that he has given us.

sorry to hear about your gyneas ethics but i'm sure it will get better, i had my 4d on saturday and i just could not believe my eyes, my boy has grown so much, sonar tech said that there is no more space as baby is growing bigger,

he is a kicker and i just cant wait to get to meet him, also i started dripping but lucky for me it is not fluid from the womb but from the bladder
