Kades Mom I hear you about the "accidents" I have been wetting myself with every sneeze and every cough. Especially at around 28-32 weeks when I had flu. And then I develop a rash from the chaffing of the wet pants and the thick thighs. But at least now it is better. (Sorry for the gross detail) I do hope it is not fluid leaking. But I am sure the doc will tell you all is fine.

Just ask the doc for a properly worded sick note and I am sure that you will have the leave as sick leave. Good luck.

My friend had a natural with her twins and they were big babies. No problems at all. It is definitely possible.

Wow! 35 weeks, time does fly hey! I know how you feel with regards to the movements, however she does pack a punch and a kick.

Awe, thats so special to feel like that, its so exciting and exciting times ahead.

I am good, i am 37 weeks now, see the doc again tomorrow, i havnt had a scan for a month now, so we not sure how much she weighs at the moment, i google but i dont know how much to rely on google for an average weight of a fetus lol. everyone is different. i seem to be having little "accidents" during the day - a little wee wee. dont know if i am leaking fluid as such or if its just too much pressure on my bladder that it is infact wee wee and not fluid. I'm going to ask the gynae tomorrow.

I had a few BH last night, which actually took me by surprise lol, had to breathe funny lol. I want to ask the doc to book me off for the rest of the pregnancy, the c-section is booked for the 6th August. so i am hoping that work takes it as sick leave and not the start of my maternity leave... whats your opinion? work wants me to work until the day before i have baby, which would be fine if i can, but i am just getting to tired now and sore body.

I am almost at 35 weeks. Cannot believe that this 40 weeks have flown by!! It is still amazing to feel them move inside me. Such a privilege to know that we are carrying new life!

Was reading Sister Lillian's baby care book and I got so broody when reading about bathing and winding and all that. Now it is very funny for I am sure when they are here, we will be complaining about those things. But I must admit I am looking forward to the cuddles.

I was def not at my normal weight when i fell pregnant. (8kg's heavier than normal lol!!)

I wish you the best of luck with natural, alot of gynaes do not allow it at all.

I also been having having the BH.

i feel so out of breathe these past few days, baby growng and less space and air for me lol. Feeling very bloated and fat lol.

I thought you wouldnt make the 6 hour drive, i wouldnt.

Sorry for being so absent around here. Was helping a teacher friend of mine grading papers. And that together with mummy brains made for too little sleep and no time for the internet.

I had my 33 week scan last week. Joy ( the lowest of the two) was weighing 1904g and the top one (Joy) was weighing 2040g. So both of them is around 2 kg. I asked the doc about my weight for I am really not picking up much and she said that it is not a problem. Moms pick up about 12 kg. Depending on where you start, and I started ahead. So the 10kg that I gained is fine.

I am still opting for natural. The babies have however turned bum down and across. So I am talking to them to get them to work together. And I have told them to put their heads down. But I am walking at least 20 min everyday to keep my fitness up. But I am feeling the heaviness and the BH. Was actually funny the other day when I had to breath through the BH. But I take that as my exercise to breath through the "real contractions" and just focusing and breathing helps alot.

Remember my question about driving to my parents (6 hours away) I decided against that, for I get so irritated when I sit in the car for 1 hour. Pitty about not seeing them, but I am not sorry for a calm and relaxed weekend.

So Mariri where is you c-section plan standing? Where are you going, still Linkwood?

Mrs M and Kades Mom: May the patience grow as you know that little one is also growing and getting nice and fat.

Oh and there was one picture in the scan where the two was trying to hold hands. But they cannot because of the corio sac that is separating them. But it was so cool.
