Santie, I am so glad that thing looks ok with baba. for the dr. that is absolutely sickening that he put you through all that stress. hope you get 'n new dr soon

Jay, hope that you got to see the dr by now?

we had the most amazing time at our appointment our little boy is growing very good and is measuring 2 weeks 3 days bigger than the average. she also said that he is going to have very big feet..hehe
seeing that hubby wanted confirmation that it is a boy his "tools" are on the photo. as well as a foot.
it was just sooooo amazing seeing him move around

@ Santie, really now??? was that Dr on dope or something? does he realise how much stress he put you though???? does he realise how much distance you had to travel to see him??? does he realise how much stress he put us through as well while worrying about you???? I'd also change him with immediate effect. Anyway am glad all is well with you and baba*hug* we thank God that our prayers were not in vain. Tjeeerrrr I still cannot believe.

We decided to see the Dr on Thursday and called the Dr's room and they accepted .We are seeing both our parents and my grandmother this weekend so we are hoping to have some good news for them hence next week is not a favourable option. I will push this week to move fast, can't it be Wednesday already . We have a baby shower on Thursday for a coleague in our department, I got so jealous when she said I have less than 6 weeks to go

I would also be so cross with this doctor, he makes you stress, to think that something is wrong with your baby, and then he is late, and then he just want to do the amnio, because of your age.
I am glad you are changing doctors and that all is perfect

Hello all

So after driving all the way to JHB and being on time for my appointment, I still had to wait 2.5 hours for the gynie to show up. And then we had to hear, that he doesn't think anything is wrong he just want to make sure because of my age....

I was so angry I just there decided to find another gynie. So I will not be doing the amnio.

But other than that we had a awesome weekend with my sister. And yes my lgs where spoiled rotten.

My little baba has been moving around a lot, and I love every moment of it. Can not believe it is over 15 weeks already, almost half way already, sjoe. LOL!

I hope everyone is well and enjoy this lovely monday...

I just got a call from gyna's office my appointment has been cancelled. Doctor is in theater, she wanted to re schedule for another day. I said no, it's got to be today, cause hubby has already asked for time off. So she gave me 14:45, i just hope i don't wait too long

I had a great but busy weekend, conference was okay but bum was sore from sitting.
Luckily this weekend coming is not so busy and the weekend after that I will be doing the Mountain Bike race for 94.7 - will discuss this with my midwife next week, just to make sure it will be okay

Santie - I hope Friday's appointment went well and that you have answers for all your questions.
