Hi Ladies
Am having a day from hell since yesterday, the system is so slow, that everytime i try to print, i must wait like 20 minutes to get the prints. Its month i don't have a lot of time, but since after lunch it's much better.

Stella.. if i had my way i would have had the zinger wings, but i don't have anyone to go buy for me everybody is swamped, but i will get tonight, hubby will buy for me if he does not forget. My feet are starting to swell, and i very tired. I am only taking folic acid, i think i should add something else not sure what to buy. What preggy supplements are you on?

Mommyme, jellie is a very good idea. i will also try that.
i've been using Happy Event cream (from clicks) every day since a month ago.
i also heard that olive oil works wonderfully. maybe you should try that with you sensitive skin.

AFM, i am still extremely tired. today it feels like i haven't slept the whole week.
i actually need to take naps in my lunch time. i'm taking vita-thion, but it only helps a little bit.

So exciting to see everyone going for scans. The time ahead is going to be very interesting with gender scans and more details. cant wait!

I had some sudden vomiting again yesterday and again this morning. not so nice. I am trying to drink Oros, because I'm really struggling with the water.

Don't think its working so well.



Good luck Makatk with audit and Goggatjies hope the MS is gone for real. I will be 12 weeks on Monday and pray for it to stay away then. Much better already though.

I started with Bio oil on Sunday and seemed to have a allergic reaction to it. I had eczema since birth and not sure if I should try Bio oil again and make sure its that.

Are you already using oils or creams?

Going to try jelly today as a "snack". will eat jelly aaalll daaayyy long!

Jay, they say that you must eat what you crave, but do it in moderation.
I love salty things, I am not a sweet tooth, so I like chips and pies, I am trying very hard to stay away from it

So I think MS has gone, I still get nauseas when I am hungry, but otherwise i am doing good. I am so glad that MS was not as bad as with my other 2, I do not think I would have been able to handle that.

I have been Cycling a bit more this week, and I am not so tired anymore.
We are going away this weekend, can not wait
