I don't even know how to change my profile picture... I had to book my next appointment today as well but its too late now. When would be the best time to make the appointment? When can I see baby's gender?

Hi everyone....

Glad everyone is doing well, I went for my first scan yesterday and gynae says baby is big and that I'm maybe getting my dates wrong but I know exactly when the start of my last period is. So looks like I'm going to have a big baby

I'm also not having the down syndrome done, my gynae was telling me about it yesterday.

My Gynae advised me to stop with the other as they were all not going down well with me, These Pregnatone are reckoned to be best and they have all tegh vitamins amd minerals youget from other supplements. Their added adavantage is that they calm your body and give you energy. they are however not availble in chemist but from Spotron suppliers or u can order online from sporton ( I paid R210 form a supplier) but they worth the price.

My "bump" lol, is starting to show...I lovit!

Matatk can you use the supplement on top of Vitamins? or in stead of? I hate the taste of my vitamins and need to take extra 1000mg calcium too, I just hate all the pills.

Makatk, the bloods for downs are not compulsary. and with the blood test the cannot even tell you yes or no, all that the results give is a ratio. for ex. 1:1000 to predict the chance of having downs. they usually will recommend the tests if you are older that 35.
I will not be taking that tests.
