Morning ladies!

9 working days left (incl today of course) whoop whoop!!

36 wk check-up on Tues went well, doc estimates her weight at 3kg! And that with 4 weeks to go, I think I am carrying a little Amazon! I also started feeling sorry for myself wanting to go the natural normal route... I can just hope we don't go over 3.5kg's...

And doc is so convinced that she's sitting tight, I only have to see him again in 2 weeks time (as opposed to the weekly visits from week 36 onwards). Mmm.

I hope everyone here is still in good health (or at least recovering well)... Looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend - armed with a box of marshmellow easter eggs of course!

The date is around 9 - 11 April. I hope you are right! Surely ones body won't go into labour if it senses now is not a good time???!!

Sorry to hear gloei :( what is your actual due date?
I am quite sure that once labour kicks in all the hormones will take over and those nasty symptoms might actually be flushed out for the time that you need to be focussed. Almost like an adrenaline rush after an accident or something that causes you to not feel pain. But I do hope you recover super quick and loads of goodluck with the work you need to finish.

1st pregnancy - We had a natural birth at home with our midwife. It was a dream come true!

2nd pregnancy - 2012 Miscarriage at 12 weeks (blighted ovum)

3rd pregnancy - 2012 Miscarriage at 7 weeks

4th pregnancy - 2013 Twins Miscarriage at 6 weeks 4 days

3 Sept 2014 - Saw and heard our little heartbeat.

Hi Ladies,

Sorry for being so quiet. I have been under the weather with a very nasty cold. I think my symptoms from the weekend was due to the dirt road we traveled on while visiting friends saturday evening...not signs of early labour.
So, I am still here. Although it is pretty amazing that every now and again I am getting "practice labour" or braxton hicks every now and again that seems slightly more intense. Think my body is defnitely gearing up but no pattern to anything yet. I am actually praying that she will not come before next week because I am feeling really sick, having difficulty to just do basic things, can't imagine to do the labour-marathon now!! How will I do my breathing excercises if I can't breath through my nose? Anyway, trying to stay positive that my body will be able to do this.

I still have 2 days of work to finish for the handover of all my backups. I really don't feel up to it, but also don't want to leave it unfinished. Hoping that I can get it done as fast as possible so that I can start nesting and cleaning. Hubby is also frantically wrapping up his work. Trusting that all will be fine.

Thinking of everyone in these last weeks. xx
