Added scan and our announcement. Not much to see on the scan at 7 weeks!!

can only imagine how you feel. at least now you know, and wouldn't get the fright of you life when you spot a bit.

That is great news, Meags! Glad that dr says everything is going well and that you got to see the heartbeat

It's so exciting to hear how you've all announced your pregnancies so far. Very creative and fun ideas! My hubby and I are talking about doing a fun announcement, if all goes well at the scan next week.

Speaking of, are there any specific questions that one should ask Dr at first scan or things to expect?

Well I had my scan yesterday. All fine, saw the heartbeat. I'm a bit nervous as he asked if I hadn't had any spotting as he sees a bit of bleeding near the uterus. He says it's very tiny and insignificant and I shouldn't be scared if I do spot a bit. Of course I'm flipping scared now though!!! He also said I can stop the progesterone since everything looks good. I'm secretly grateful I still have 16 days of it left. I'm going to continue as that will take me to almost 10 weeks.

We made the public announcement yesterday on FB.

Morning/all day sickness still here and gynae told me there is nothing he can prescribe!!! Flipping liar!!! So here I am suffering at work :/

we only told our parents, and 2 or 3 closest friends. will announce once i've been to the dr. but its really hard to keep quiet, espesially if someone ask directly when the next one is coming

did any of you do some gender predicting...?
i think i'm expecting another boy.
everyone else that knows thinks it will be a girl.

lol, i am really struggling to keep it quiet. went to a family wedding this week and was sitting with my cuz in laws baby, and every 1 is telling me its my turn, when are we having 1. it was sooooo difficult to shut up, my husband just laughed it off.

cant wait for my 1st trimester to be over so that i can tell some of his fam that i am extremely close to. with my fam im trying to stay away from them coz i cant keep anything to my self with them, only my brother and sis knows and its funny cz he is struggling not to tell them as well.

my lil sis gt me a tshirt saying baby downloading please wait ..... think ima wear that and visit every one on one day lol
