Daerhel those pictures are beautiful! Hope you feel better soon & God willing not have to go to the doctor. It's such a pain having to go for a check up knowing that they cant really give you much, only a sick note.

Can't wait for my next scan now after hearing all of your updates, only a week to go!

Bellyhearts I'm with you on the exhaustion hey, just popped to the shops now & felt like a zombie walking through the isles. I haven't taken any supplements for it though. Maybe I should try slowmag.

I'm on my country trip for work this week (drive from cpt to plett & back seeing clients) & happy that it will be my last trip for the year! Mentally & physically draining driving so much & still having to talk sense to people. I finish off on the 30th june, which is earlier than i wanted.. but had to reach agreement with company as I'll be resigning before my contract is up & they're wavering costs to company blah blah blah..! More time to rest i guess

lastnight G was awake from 01:00 - 02:30. and i was up another 2 times to go to the loo.

you can take SlowMag - its basically a magnesium supplement.
it really helps alot for this extreme exhaustion.
if you take 1 tablet at night before you sleep, it will help alot.

you could also get Epsom salts and put that in your bath water

Wow ladies, I'm really struggling with energy lately. Sitting and work and am terrified that I'll just fall asleep, cannot keep my eyes open, yet I struggle with sleep at night. Annoying symptom, are any of you dealing with the same issue?

you can also use Illiaden nose spray - it helps alot with that sinus headache.
and should your through get sore or start coughing, you can also take Prospan.
