Good Morning Ladies!
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
Really really enjoyed my 4D scan on Friday. It is so amazing what all they check. I couldn't believe how close they can zoom in. Seeing baby's heart and umbilical cord up close like that. It was just WOW!
I would definitely recommend a 4D scan to anyone. Even if the Med Aid won't pay it (like mine...), it is sooo worth the cost.
Little Siobhan was lying on one arm, snuggled right up against the placenta, so we couldn't get as many nice pictures of her face as we would have liked. But, that said, we still came away with some gorgeous pics.
From what we can see she's going to look just like her daddy!

Has his forehead, chin, eye shape, and his frown!!

Too cute!
Dad is thrilled to bits of course.
Her growth is also absolutely on par with where it should be. Just her arms and legs that seem to be a few days ahead... hehe.. going to be a tall child they say

Then again dad is almost 1.91m tall, so I can imagine she'll have his length.
Now that I've seen her, I can't wait to meet her!
Kiara, With my Med Aid, I get a pre-authorisation code from 12 weeks, but may only book a hospital bed from 32 weeks.
I think it's all part of which Med Aid you belong to and what the hospital's policy is that you will be going to.
So glad everyone's appointments went well, and that everyone is still good and healthy.
Think I may have caught a cold from DF's nephew this weekend. Sitting here with a stuffy nose and a blinding headache!
Dosed myself with some extra vitamin C and hoping for the best.
If this doesn't clear up by Wednesday I'll have to go see the Dr.
Hope everyone has an awesome Monday!
