I bought the chair at www.babygoaround.co.za/ it is a little second hand shop in Randburg, they had more than 1 that day we went, not sure if it is still available. Best is to phone them, I know their stock flies of the shelve very quickly. We paid R1200 for it. Best buy ever, we negotiated the price as the cushion were dirty and not washed yet (which they do with all their second hand stock they receive).

Lol... Lilly, I'm never sure if you're reffering to me or Lauz as LM... but we share the same gestational age, so I'm guessing it's me?

I'm good... very uncomfortable, no energy... Really waiting for that "nesting" urge to kick in the days before labour, to sort out a few things around the house.

Just resting now for my LG's birthday party next weekend... will probably need to do some baking next week

Also have her annual ballet concert on Saturday evening...and I have to attend alone, cause DH refuses to give up his Rugby World Cup semi-final (Boks vs Kiwi's) which he waited for 4 years... (seriously!) Luckily friends of ours are going as well, so I'll join them.

Lilly, don't stress - everything will be fine by the time baby arrives... And if not - tomorrow is another day! Baby only needs you, milk, nappies and a place to sleep @ birth... plus, you'll still get a hospital bag with toiletries, so don't stress!

Ah Lilly big hugs to you! These days will happen also feeling a bit on the down side today but I think that just because I'm tired.

I see Dischem has some specials on baby products, have you thought of buying online and getting it delivered to you if you just don't feel like going to the shops it's an idea.

My DH has finally realized that d-day is around the corner! All of a sudden he wants the bags packed and in the car. Lol thankfully I just have a few little things I've missed and my bag to pack with my toiletries and I'm done. Also since seeing the Dischem special going to stock up on my medicine cabinet you forget that a baby can't just take what a toddler takes. Also they have a forehead temp scanner on special that I want to get, will make my life just that much easier!

I see my gynae next week Friday for my app I'll be 36 weeks and 3 days, will also be getting my stem cell kit I bought. I think when that all happens things are going to really start hitting home how close I am!

LM- how are you doing? We are about 35 weeks this week neh.

AFM - Yhu, i am over being pregnant. Today is the worst i dont know if i feel sick, or iam just having a bad day. I feel so anxious, and tired, and i just feel like crying. My next app is in 2 weeks, and there is a huge chance baby will arrive that week(1st week Nov). I feel so lost, so unprepared and so overwhelmed Fact that i dont have a nanny is also not helping, my house is a mess, and i really do not have the energy to do much, so that also depresses me Hopefully i will get around to packing my bag. I still need to buy toiletries for baby, been to shops, but for the life of me couldnt remember which brand you ladies recommended My maternity Leave starts next week friday, I cant wait, i dont even know how iam going to make it to friday because i am finished:( Sorry for the vent ladies, just not a good day.

@HVDB- oh i love you nursery, very spacios and pretty. Where did you buy the rocking chair momma? been struggling to get one, the one i found has cushions made of cuoduroy, looks ugly. SO please share where you got yours.

@Zandri- all the best mommy. I think its a clever move to lodge there. Soon you will be home with your baba. Have they weighed him recently to see if he is picking up any weight?
