Sorry was so quiet today, was so busy!! Went for a nice pedi this am, went home to get some work done, packed everyone's bags.... Just finished booking into hospital, forgot how annoying hospitals are and how irritated i get. Thank goodness hubby here to take over!

@hvdb I always used the emla cream for injections. I hated that part, always cried just as hard as Leandi. Ps, Cara's room looks beautiful!!!!!

Lol HVDB! I also had a laugh now, I immediately thought auto correct turned my swell into smell. Shame, it could not have been easy for you to see Cara cry with the TB immunization. I don't do well with needles so I don't even want to think about it.

Zandri I hope you guys can go home tomorrow. Holding thumbs. Good luck with the headaches.

I completely forgot Juanita is also having her baba tomorrow! Exciting! Seems like these babies time their arrivals together.

Reality hits the poor hubbies late... Very cute!

What cause a spinal leak?

Louise, and yesterday when i went for my appointment i said am taking my bags for incase am admitted, he refused he said he is not ready , he just wishes i just check into the hospital nicely with no rush, i said but am not going to a hotel the other day he was talking about how he will be sleeping alone without me at home. It just doesn't end, and this is the same man who wanted to leave me and travel few weeks ago

I have some news!!!!! My dokter said that if I can breastfeed the whole day and night and baby copes well then we can (here it comes) go home tomorrow!!!!

Ok so I am not getting my hopes up but I am here and breastfeeding is going very well so keeping fingers crossed.

Headaches are back. Apparently it is from the spinal. They call it a spinal leak. Caffeine helps but I cannot take it. So basically I am tired, have a horrible headache and I have to breastfeed every 3 hours so sleep is out of the question.

Ag but if we can go home tomorrow then everything is worth it. Praying that all goes well.

Lauz, my actual EDD is 28 Nov, but my c-section date is scheduled for 19 Nov... So I'll be 35 weeks on Saturday

Hahahaha, Kimmy I had such a laugh about your hubby's reaction... It's never "serious" or a crisis if you remind them how little time is left, but boy - if the reality hits them, then it's like the end of the world! Hello - we've been feeling like that for the past 8 months!

Good luck with the flu... and now you can't even drink anything!

Got my owl canvases today that a friend painted for me - will put it up over the weekend and then post some images of the girls' room.

@Aden... I completely misread your post and read that your feet "Smell" and NOT Swell... had a good chuckle at myself now!!!

Shame girls, I took Cara for her TB Immunization, the needle was so thin and the fluid not a lot and did not burn, but she gave a good cry... my heart just broke Honestly don't know how I am going to handle her 6 week ones, it is 4 of which 2 are drops and 2 are injections, 1 in each leg... luckily hubby is going along to manage both Cara and a crying mommy!
I bought Emla Cream for her legs, as the sister said that the Emla plasters work, but the babies don't like it when you pull it off. The sister also said that the cream only helps for the needle prick, but some of the immunizations burn a little.

OH and she weighs a whopping 2.6kg already! I understand that breastfed babies don't pick up weight as fast and as much as formula babies. So I am happy with how she is doing.
