I owe you all a proper update and will do so as soon as possible - work is INSANE! My gynae has actually told me enough is enough - but work doesn't seem to understand. This poor child has been on 23 flights already in it's little womb life.

ZandriT some information for you. Kloof has run out of the TB vaccinations, they will put you on a waiting list and contact you when they get stock. I have been following up every week and yet no luck. They recommend that I go to Femina clinic as they do have, but opted not to go there. I have phoned around and a baby clinic not far from they Kloof (Arrie Nel pharmacy) has a baby clinic and they do have stock. They vaccinate about 10 babies at a time, I will be taking Cara there this afternoon. I suggest that you phone them and make an appointment for the next 10 babies, Stephan should be out of hospital by then. They are here in Rubenstein road. Here is their number, 012 9971795. They will administer the Polio drops while he is still in hospital, if they have not done so already. Speak to Sister Mulder (she is the blond sister that is there during the day).

Can't remember who asked about the Cryosave Stem Cell recovery. We opted to use them, however, we were unsuccessful as there was nothing left of the umbilical cord. We only paid for the kit as the seal was broken in theater, no other costs. I think that you will only pay for the kit, and the services to get everything to the lab and lab costs, but if they are then unsuccessful you will have no other costs after that. But give them a call, they will answer all your questions, they are really really good.

I know it is a bit late, but here are some of Cara's nursery photos, we only finished now due to the fact that we did not know if it was going to be a boy or a girl, so I had to wait for the final touches. Her shelve is not all stocked yet, still need to add some toys and stuff which we will buy when my Mother In-Law is here, she wants to buy some more stuff for her!

@zandri I'm so glad your little boy is doing better! Good luck with breastfeeding and hospital lodging. Sounds like it is almost time to take him home. <3

Zandri, good luck!!! It will go better once you're lodging. Don't burn yourself out and take breaks to go rest! The last thing you want is for the stress and exhaustion to affect your milk supply...
