Morning Ladies.
How is everyone feeling today? On the way to work I felt bubbles and then like a flipping feeling - I though maybe I was imagining things but then I felt it again, almost like baby was kicking the side to help him/her to turn over. It was by my left side and was in the same place where I located the heartbeat last night with my Doppler. It was so amazing to feel.
@ Zara - She is so cute, A beautiful young lady :0). I haven't really had anything fancy for Daniella yet. Maybe next year or the year after when she can appreciate and enjoy it more :0).
I don't know how much they cost but at my 12 week check up, I got a welcome pack from the doctor with some goodies in and vouchers so we didn't pay. The 2 times our doc switched to 3D, he did it out of his own so there was no extra charge. He really is an awesome doc, whenever someone had a miscarriage or something like that happens then he doesn't charge you. He will sit with you, give you his shoulder to cry on even if he has got a waiting room full of people :0) and I feel so sad that I have to change since we have moved and I loved Sandton medi clinic so I am just hoping for the best with my new gynea and hospital. @Lashly - She was so cute and tiny. Daniella was a month prem and she weighted 3.42KG and was 53 cm. She was the biggest new born in the NICU and the staff couldn't believe she was prem. Daniella was nearly 17KG when she was 17 months which was last September , she hasn't been weighed since. U can imagine when she wants me to comfort her and cuddle her if she has had a bad dream in the middle of the night how heavy she is and she is very tall so I have to lie down with her :0).
Here are some more pics that I had to share.
First pic is Daniella a few moments after birth, the more she cried the less blue she was. I could cuddle with her a bit before she needed to be rushed to the NICU.
Second pic is when she was 6 days old, this is how she would wake up and lie and look around while she was waiting for her turn to be fed while all the other babies would wake up and start crying.
Third pic is when she was 7 days old and she was moved to high care and then 5 days later she came home :0)
Have any of you ladies thought about names yet?
