Hi ladies Sorry I haven't logged on in a while, really have been busy with work deadlines as it is our half year financial.

All the bump photos are so beautiful. I am 18w5d and i feel like a whale! I even met a friend over the weekend, she is 30 weeks and her bump is so tiny. My bump is way bigger than hers

Bea so glad your scan went well and your boys are growing so well!

My sister in law found out that she is having a girl baby. I was a bit sad as Hubby & I are hoping we are going to have a girl. But the good news is that i am going to have a niece. I will only find out the gender on the 10th October. My next scan with my gynae is on monday 19th Sep.

Tomorrow is my birthday so because of deadline we were unable to take leave but hubby managed to get us a booking for a mini vacation from friday night. So really looking forward to some pure relaxation. We check out on monday and then head to our scan

Hi All, my scan went well - baby A weighs 502g and baby B 495g - they are big boys! All seems good and the gynae said we really shouldn't worry about the hole in the heart - it's very common and it's hardly ever a reason for concern. He says it's just modern technology that's picking it up, but off course, it's good that we know about it should something go wrong in future. I'm also starting physio for my back tomorrow, so hopefully it will help.

Oh and the gynae said my uterus looks like someone who is 32 weeks along - I'm only 21 weeks! No wonder I'm in pain - but it's completely "normal" for twins

My next scan is 27 Sep.

@ Bea - hope all goes well with your scan today...let us know how it goes!

@ Lethuwam - the worry will always be in the back of your mind and no one really knows what it feels like until they are faced with the same situation/worries. I agree with Bea....yes there might be a 1 in 500 chance, but there is also 499 out of 500 chance that it is nothing. If I was in your shoes I think I would want to do the amniocenteses so that I could have piece of mind...if it's not Downs great and if it is then that is ok too - like your DH says it is still a blessing from above and God won't give you something that you won't be able to handle. At least if you know, you can do some research on what to expect and take it from there. It is a very hard decision and unfortunately one only you and your DH can make together. Try not to worry too much about it - good luck and thinking of you xx

@ Debbie - have to agree with you....feeling great and love being pregnant (apart from the nightly getups to the loo-loos and leg pains!) What is a noonoo pie wrap??

thanks Bea I hear what you say, my odds are 1 in 500, the risk is still there. I'm feeling better today bit tired from up and down the stairs at work. I hope everyone is doing well.
