Thanks for the messages, I have to leave it in the hands of someone else now and trying to stay positive, dh has been researching like crazy think that's the way he feels that he has some control so I am just supporting him that way.

Thanks, I managed to find a gynae. Not contracted in but she seems great and that's more important - Dr Searle at Vincent Pallotti. Good luck on Monday!

I am doing better this week I must say, the MS is not as bad though its still there.

I am showing now everyone can see, though I have not confirmed anything, waiting for my next appointment.

Debbie, congrats on the little heartbeat. Please don't stress about it. My doctor said that any ultrasound is usually 3 days out - to either side. So I would think that yours is quite normal. I also think that the 12 week nuchal scan is standard practice, especially for us ladies over 35. I know it's tough and it's hard not to stress, but things are more likely to go well than not. Hang in there xxx

SimmyBunz, congrats on hearing your little heartbeat as well. And sorry to hear about your low-lying placenta. Luckily technology is so far advanced today I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Except for the sex part - sorry! My fertility specialist also advised us to not have sex as there's an enzyme in semen that causes contractions - eek. He said we could use a condom though. Did you ask him if you could still have an orgasm though, because that's different from penetration?

LifeDeveloper, welcome to the group and congrats on your pregnancy. I'm afraid I don't know which female gynaes are contracted to Discovery - in which area are you? Maybe post a new thread and ask for a recommendation.

My tummy is definitely starting to show - guess I won't be able to hide it any longer. Just praying for some good news on Monday morning.
