Have you experienced any pressure from friends or relatives to do C-section?

Welcome Mrs Panda and congratulations! also quite afraid, have no idea what to expect, taking every day as it comes as there's so many changes and things to think about etc.
I am also Pro-normal birth, but think I will have to have a C-section. Maybe I can fid a gynae who would be ok with me having a normal birth.

Hello NickyNell, welcome and congrats as well! I am currently taking the StellerMama multivitamin, it's one in the morning and 2 at night time. I am also thinking of moving to the PregOmega plus, have heard good reviews about it.

AFM - I am 8 weeks 3 days today. Still no symptoms other than being constantly tired and boobs are sore! Let's hope the little bean is growing nicely, can't wait to have a look again next week Tuesday.

@ NickyNell I am drinking PregOmega Plus (3 capsules per day). It came highly recommended by 2 of my friends who used it through their pregnancies.

It is our 1st so I am quite frightened and uncertain about what to expect
I have been reading all the posts and found it very helpful, so interesting how each pregnancy is SO different.
I am based in Pretoria and trying to decide which OBGYN to use which is proving quite difficult...
I want to go to one that is Pro-Normal birth but the info on the topic is not so easy to come by.
Tried reading some reviews but they say very little.
I know 2 of you guys are based in CPT and 1 in DBN? Anyone maybe know of a good OBGYN in PTA?
