Nikki, I am with you. I almost feel normal again!

Thuriey, I started spotting the Monday and the Wednesday morning 3h00 I had cramps so bad I could not sleep and the morning I was curled up with pain. By 9h30 our LO came down.

Sorry I don't want to scare you, but stay positive and remember everything happens for a reason... I know everyone said that and I wanted to scream, but you need to keep calm. <3

that's exactly what I said on the other forum I belong to...we constantly worry ...about things going wrong and when they go right...we still worry.

This first trimester really is scary and a constant worry. I haven't had any symptoms except for some tiredness 2 weeks ago. Stressing me out because somehow you actually want the symptoms to know that everything is ok. I know it sounds strange, but with no symptoms you worry if everything is ok.

I forgot to add - that I had some cramping the night before but put that down to my uterus expanding... my nausea and boob tenderness is also minimizing ...I haven't spotted and when she did the internal scan she checked my cervix and also to see if there were any bleeding... it was closed and no bleeding.

That's when she said it mihgt be a missed miscarriage... whats odd though, is that the fetus measured at 7 weeks, which it would be ...so if there was a heartbeat and for some reason it stopped ...it probably happened yesterday or the day before... if it had happened earlier the fetus would have measured smaller.

This wait is a bit terrifying, I've been googling looking for happy endings with something like this (yes I know it's not advisable, but I can't help myself), we're both devastated, still hoping for the best come Tuesday, but also making peace with what must be must be.

I went for my first scan on 4th October, Gynae told me I'm 6weeks3days. We saw the heartbeat, didn't hear it though. She did a vaginal scan.

I'm attaching my first scan from the 4th of October.

I would wait if I was you.
