I think i will go tonight and tell the instructor that I am expecting and see how it goes. If I feel any discomfort I will stop or take it easier. Would like to keep fit.

If you have been doing it all along - it is usually not an issue to continue unless your FS advises otherwise. I do know that my FS advised me to not continue with any jumping-like activities. But.....maybe that is just because of my history of miscarraige. So, I am not suppose to travel for longer than an hour at a time, no gravel road travelling, no horseriding, no jumping jacks...that sort of thing.

Not that I am in the mood to do any of those....

Also seems like ages to go to my first scan only 19th.

Not many symptoms, also having the vivid dreams, tender boobies and some tired/dizziness.

We had a awesome holiday and it was great to relax.

Do you ladies think I can continue with my Zumba classes?

@jooste - the fatigue is starting to hit me too and in the early hours of the morning I feel a bit off but by the time I wake up it's okay again

Anyone with any preggie symptoms??

I am definitely tired and sleep like a log (& the very vivid dreams!!!)
And...not sure...but maybe I am starting to feel a little "off-color"
No full-blown MS (I never had with any of my other pg'cies), but I do feel a little blah at times.

Slightly nervous for our first scan. Honestly.....very nervous. Really hope that all will be okay.
