I also had cramps here and there, no spotting with it though.

Let us know your beta count. I am also suppose to go today, but it will just not be possible. I'm not sure whether Lancet will be able to help me tomorrow....so I guess I will only go on Friday. Yes, period like cramps are very common in the first trimester. They come and go and has a lot to do with the uterus stretching. I use to feel them very badly with my first and 2nd pregnancy. Strangely enough...thereafter not so much at all.
