Morning All

I also do not have space for a nursery, baby will share a bedroom with us, i am hoping to buy a small basenet with God's blessing a pink and white one :)

My friend had Gestational Diabetes and she had to use insulin, she now has a healthy baby boy. She just had to take care of her health and make sure she had healthy food. My son was 3.9kg when he was born and doc was surprised that i didnt have gestational diabetes coz i had such a big baby. Just try to eat as healthy as you can.

I write my exam on Friday and hope to start afternoon slow jogs. I was active before i fell preg and fear gaining too much wait that will be hard for me to loose after the baby so its important to also be active while preg.

Ladies I have a question.

I FEAR Gestational Diabetes, is that normal?

I am no Victoria Secret model so due to that I have a massive fear of it, to the point that I dream about it.

Any advise?

Good Morning Ladies.

hope everyone is doing well?
Second trimester (so far) has been a whole lot better than the 1st one.

Lariska exciting times with the new house, always nice to have a "project" but very hard work indeed.
Lauz how did your sons birthday party go?

Have been kickboxing for a while was supposed to grade this weekend coming to my 3rd belt but due to being pregnant I cant fight. So I have just been going for the cardio part of the work outs. Hopefully it will keep me strong.

Lariska where are you from, maybe I can see on the SA site if there is any registered trainers in your area that you can contact for your son, lots of kids do it from an early age and do very well in the sport. A few 5 year olds I will not pick a fight with hahahaha.

We are waiting for gender to start with the babies room, but already decided on a theme for either gender.
What are you going with Lariska?
