Hi Ladies

To Owais Mum - my doctor never called, and curiosity got the better of me. When I finally did call the next day, the receptionist was kind enough to tell me that no actually it takes a full week for the results to come in.
So I am hoping not to hear anything from today on.

Having such a hard week this week, and really don't know how not to stress at the moment. My father in law has been in the hosptial for the last week, and things are not looking good. We don't know how much time he has left, and now we are stuck with mounds of paper work trying to get power of attorney.
And to make matters worse for me, my first baby (who has four paws and usually a wagging tail) is now very ill. Her doctors tell me if she is not better and eating by tonight we need to do tests to see if all her organs are working properly.

Please God I can't lose her now!!!!!!

Owais mum, sorry about the flu. That must be terrible. Did doc give u smthg or r u not allowed to take anything?
The MS, flu and backache...u got it bad. Pray u get well very very soon.
I guess that is why u also haven't started with the vitamins yet.
That gives me some relief. I will see gyn when i'm 12 weeks to hear what he's gotta say.

The cyst has definitely gone smaller. I also don't have pain anymore. But when I went to gyn at 8 weeks, it was still there but much smaller.
I have faith (my gyn also has faith) that it will go away on it's own.
My hubby will be back this weekend. Gone only 3 nights. Must say, it's not nice being alone in the house......but I got season 1-5 of Desperate Housewives and Greys Anatomy to keep me busy.

I can't wait for gyn to say I can swim or walk atleast again. It is a bit tiring sitting at home and not being allowed to exercise or use stairs at home. SO this is how women who are on bed-rest feel?

mutha2b how long will hubby b gone 4? MS is not yet easing up, it actaully feels like its geting worse, i hope it passes dont wanna go into 2nd trimester wit this feelin. has da cyst gone smaller? tell me wil da cyst cause u any discomfort during pregnancy?
my gynae sed wait til 12 wks 2 take vitamins. im sure once u go to him he will start u.

ashleigh u hav 3 more wks b4 ur 16 wk mark... i hope tings go well 4 u. u rite da only time u wud relax is once u hav ur lil bundle of joy in ur arms.

my flu doesnt seem 2 wanna leav me so makin da al day MS n backache alot more horrid.

I am a little irritated because hubby is traveling. I hate being home alone. Oh well, my dog will keep me company. I think I will let him sleep inside the house while hubby is gone since he hates it...

I wanted to find out if any of you ladies NOT yet started with your prenatal vitamins???? I have not yet. The gyn said I must wait until my cyst (i have what he calls a pregnancy cyst) to atleast get smaller (it was rather big when i went for scan, size of a tennis ball).
I am concerned that I haven't started yet... perhaps when I see him in 2 weeks time he will start me on them???

Mutha2b - you sound just like me.
My ms got better when I was 10 weeks, and all I could eat for a few weeks was avo's and tomatoes. I just tried not to eat too much tomatoes because of the acid in them.

My doctor was supposed to call me today if there was any problems with the down syndrome test. And he still has not called.
I am taking it as good news!!!
