Mommy to be in November 2010

Wow, Ashleigh and Michelle...you are doing great. I can't wait for the 2nd trimester.
Owais mom, you are a few days ahead of me...i'm sure you also can't wait. How is the MS and backache?

I am feeling alot better ladies. The MS and dizziness is gone. I can even eat without first drinking the syrup doc gave me. But still can't stomach meat....but it's ok. I eat alot of avocados and tomatoes. Is it bad? I just like them so much these days. My friend had brought me grren ones from Mali (put them with banana and ripen overnight) and they are almost finished.

Still not allowed to exercise, use stairs etc. But liking the relaxation even though i'm bored of sitting in the house now. I'm still using Utrogestan up to 16 weeks according to gyn. Anyone also on it?

I am guessing for those of us that have struggled to get to this point the fear never goes away.
But like you, I am taking comfort in the fact that I am now in my second trimester, and am now trying very hard to relax and enjoy this miracle.

Michelle - glad to hear all is well with LO.

My doc said to me the once. We can relax when we get to 16 weeks. But at the same time he said he knows that a women that has lost a baby will only relax once the have there LO is in their arms.

I must say, i am alot more relaxed (i will be 13 weeks 2moro) but still have the fear in the back of my mind.

Congrats to all the ladies due in November.
I went for my third scan last week, and was so happy to see everything is going well.

Waiting for the blood tests to come back for the down syndrome today. So really hoping the doctor does not call. No news is good news.

After 2 miscarriages doctor says I can finally relax and try and enjoy this pregnancy cos it looks like this little one is going to stay.

Latest scan also said that I was now due on 31 October (halloween). But guessing I will end up back in November.

Thanks champers. Dont worry time will fly. It did for me. Its so amazing to think I've only got 6 months to go.

Congrats Ashleigh! So chuffed for you. Can't wait till I get to that stage! Only 3 weeks to go.
