hi ladies. My son, Liam, was born yesterday at 16:15 after 16 hours of labour, weighing 3kg. Had a natural delivery with epsiotomy and no pain meds. Will post birth story soon. Congrats to the other mommies.

I had the same thing while in hospital, My baby was crying non-stop, and the nurses gave het Nan 1 after telling me that my "real milk" hasn`t come in, I was passing colostrum that wasn`t milk yet and she wasn`t getting full from it that`s why they gave her additional feeds per bottle. I also struggled, still am coz she drinks more formula that breastmilk, she still doesn`t get full from my milk either, so dunno...

I`m thinking of starting to exercise, but its only been 4 weeks since my c-sec.
I`m worried I might hurt myself , but I cannot take this hanging tummy...Arggghhhh.
Any tips...

i have been having terrible back aches any of you experiencing that after giving birth natural?
after bathing Ivy i cant hold her for an hour my back will be so sore, any advice?

I have been so tired since Ivy came back she only sleeps in the afternoon and by 21h00 she is up crying all nite until she sleeps in the morning around 9h30 and by then i have to prepare my 3yr old son for scool.

And they were feeding her NAN 1 when i was not there "clinic" and i was planning to breastfed without any formula, so am now busy trying to adjust her to breast milk only and its not easy doing that, if she doesnt get her dose of NAN she cries non-stop.

i havent even have time to do anything, well i am so happy she is back home and doing this with me coz i have been so stressed when she was in the hospital.

I have been trying to upload my girl's pic and no luck but will try again.
