@ Christelle (a bit of a loooong one to you =) the Practica is really interesting and I think I will be investing in a set myself – wish I had done it from the start. I actually found it amazing how many of the listed activities I am instinctively doing based on the cues I get from him. I agree re the clothes sizes. The ones from Woolworths are way too big for Liam – Ackermans is better though. Naartjie sizes I find are always a lot smaller – I tend to go for a bigger size if I buy from them. Not at all re the advice – that is the main reason I am on this forum – to read what and how other mothers are doing it. Frankly if I take Liam’s milk away in the morning I think he would have a fit of monumental proportions – at this point I seriously don’t dare. How on earth did Zani react the first time you did it? 2 hours is a long time! We’ve sort of reached a truce where I’m now pretty much following his cues – so he now mostly get toast and fruit for breakfast which he always eats – unlike the cereal..I totally agree with what your creche is doing – I’m starting to believe that cutting milk out during the day is too much for these little people so if Liam wants milk during the day I give it to him as long as it’s not close to a meal.

@ Nixie 13.5 kg’s – wow that’s an impressive weight! No wonder you’re struggling to lift him..Liam was only 10.6 at 12 months (he’s 14 mths now). And I find him heavy.

@ Zodwa – you must be in CT by now. Let us know how you are doing..

Had a nice weekend, weather was rainy and miserable, but made the most of it. Leandi is well, getting bigger and smarter by the day. Enjoying her sooooo much now.
