Hi you all!
I haven't read all the posts in detail. Naughty me I know!!! I feel much better today!!! I think I got the cure for the ms.... I eat all the time. As soon as I just think of ms or just the feeling, I eat, either a biscuit, or rusks, or fruit, or sausage rolls.... Oh I had a craving yesterday for those "lekker" big homemade pies.... I bought at the end sausage rolls....To stop the craving!!! I ate it with Worscetersauce.... And I ate hotcross buns...

This morning I went with a friend for coffee. Her son is 7 months older than Luwan, but he is so shy... But Luwan took his hand and took him to the playground to play, and they played there the whole time! Never ask for mommy or anything! They had so much fun together!! Luwan fell asleep in the car on the way home and slept for about 2 hours....

Hi everyone

Nayeela, on co sleeping. Since M was born we co slept, however as she got older I would lay her in the cot or on the bed so she sleep until her next feed and from then she is in bed with us. Still do it that way, she falls asleep by herself in her room and in the early morning hours she comes to sleep by us. Love co sleeping. We are in a town out of AD, about 240km. not working but hubby is...Im still at home enjoying M

Hello to everyone else

Thanks Monique! I hope Stiaan gets better soon. Its heartbreaking to see them cry like that not knowing how we can help. Are you using any gels for his mouth? I only use panado but am not sure now if I should be getting her something stronger for her mouth as her back teeth are also coming out. 2 of them are out already and actually came out with no hassles.

Skitter - My MIL is also in Abu Dhabi! Dont knwo which part of Abu Dhabi she is at though. She teaches at one of the schools. Do you work in ABD? That is indeed a heck of a lot of travelling!

Last night I finished off the teddies that will go on the cake tonight. They look so cute. Also did some letters to spell the little boy's name. I cant wait to finish off decorating the cake tonight now. There was a lot of work that went into it and I do think I undercharged big time. I did not charge for labour at all I have to re-think on how to price the birthday cakes. Its so difficult though as each cake is different and some hemes are harder than others. anyways I am sure with time I will get better with the way I price everything. for now I just want to make sure the kiddies have an awesome cake for their parties

How are you doing today?

Just want to let you know that Stian is doing a lot better already! The receptionist at the specialists office called me this morning and they have a cancellation for 12 o'clock - so I'm taking Stian today.

Shame Nayeela- poor K! Glad she is OK this morning though?! Stian's 2 top eye teeth are still not out but you can see that they are going to pop out any time soon - so he was also crying in the night but it's because he's mouth is sore!

Haha Marijke - Stian still has 10 teeth to go! He's a very slow teether!

Hi skitter! sjoe, but you travelled a lot today!

I put Stian in our bed when he's sick or difficult but otherwise he sleeps in his own bed.

Morning everyone,
Hope the night welnt well for everyone. K was very restless last night. She went down at 9 pm as per usual. Then around 2am her nappy leeked. She peed so much that the back of my PJs were wet as well (one of the joys of co-sleeping!~sigh~) anyways I had to change her top and nappy and al of a suden she starts screaming blue murder as if something is sore. She cried uncontrollably for about 30 minutes. I kept asking her what is sore but she would not show me. I gave her panado in case it was teething pains and massaged her tummy in case it was Cramps! She then went to sleep by DH and DH switched to her spot as he cannot sleep by her This morning she woke up giggling as if nothing has happened!

Did that ever happen with your kiddies? Got me so worried early this morning.

Nayeela, I always wonder what came first, my unwillingness to co-sleep or b's unwillingness to cooperate because we have tried to put her in our bed but then she thinks its play time and it ends up with her screaming while I hold her down until I get tired of doing that and just put her back in her room. When we do share a room with her on holidays we are usually up no later than 6 where if she sleeps in her own room she's out till at least 7:30 (and a different child to the 6am monster )

Justine about the dentist, I've never had a problem. I was actually laughing when they pulled out 3 teeth for braces. But like I said to the dentist, it's like I've become a total whuss since having a child (or since being pregnant) suddenly I'm more scared and afraid on edge and careful. Really sad the amount of sweat on my palms this morning!

And thanks skitter for suggesting I add binks, wouldn't have found her otherwise because I keep forgetting! Binks, I think I have to start going more, was last there in 2008 and I would like all the teeth problems to be done before we start trying for another baby because I really don't want to suffer with toothache during pregnancy.
