Charlene that pharmacist doesn't know what he's talking about! My ENT and the paed suggested using saline sprays (especially Sterimar) cause it helps to clean out the nose and the bacteria. Wat se jou dok van Sterimar?

i tried using vibrocil yesterday but he screamed, think his nasals are sore from the infection and the sneezing. the pharmasist told me im wasting my time with the sterimar or chamiflor or saline sprays and that i need antibiotics, but im not against using antibiotics just it gives bardon runny tummy everytime!

M also hates her carseat but since I've been putting her carseat on the backseat it's going a bit better. I just ignore her if she starts to moan, she has to learn that if we're in the car she HAS to be in her carseat. I always give her a bottle of water which keeps her busy for a while until she throws it away

Justine it's such a good feeling to be woken up in the mornings by my alarm and not M's crying! I didn't even wake up last night during the night..slept straight through too

Charlene ek gebruik daai Sterimar baie (het vanoggend weer) ..dit help baie want M se neus is toe maar loop nie (die Deselex werk) so toe ek die Sterimar inspuit toe kom 'n klomp dik snollas uit. Dit werk die beste as jy dit so elke uur of 2 inspuit, spoel die neus skoon.

Ek's net so trots op M wat so goed slaap! Shame, dit wys weereens dat dit net die siektes is wat haar wakkerhou, sodra sy gesond is slaap sy goed.

Lonie ek moet erken ek sien nie regtig 'n yslike verskil met die homeopaties meds nie, maar ek gebruik dit nie reg nie. Van dit is veronderstel om elke 3ure gegee te word maar ek stuur dit nie saam creche toe nie, so sy kry dit nie genoeg in nie. Ek neem haar more na die homeopaat toe, gaan dat hy weer vir haar meds gee of net vir my se watter meds ek saam moet gebruik en die dosisse.

Jammer om te hoor Amber sukkel met 'n hoes. My ENT het gese mens moet pasop vir hoesmeds, dit moet nie die hoes onderdruk nie. Maar die hoesstrope wat die slym losmaak is goed. Jy kan ACC200 ook probeer?

Charlene, I use sterimar and helps that all the snotties come out, it reduces swelling in the nose and also sooths the passage!
I think you can make your own saline spray also, but sterimar is so easy to use!

I am sure it must be the change of season that everyone is feeling sick! Amber is at least a bit better and no fever since Tuesday night, but now she has a cough.. I have a few cough syrups at home but to me it feels like non of them are working! She cried this morning when I left her at the Creche, cleary she was not in the mood for that place and think its going to be a long day for her!
