Cinds I actually haven't checked at Woolies yet (I buy cheap clothes haha), will go and have a look today, thanks!

The last time I went to the movies was when I was heavily pregnant..went to watch Marley and me and BAWLED my eyes out!! :D

Fairy I've never used a baby sleeping bag so can't give feedback sorry! MIL made a 'lappie' for Mignione with lots of ribbons on the side, and she goes to sleep while rubbing the ribbons between her fingers. She sleeps with that as well and is very attached to it. Hope you get the sleeping problems fixed with the help of the therapist!

Sumaya I have to give notice today at M's current creche.  Her current creche is R1050 per month, the new one is R1540 per month and has a registration fee of R550. I just hope that M likes the new creche. She doesn't really like change. (just like her mom).

Deja that is so good of you and hubby deciding to be positive. We also trying to do that and at the moment hubby is so stressed at work yesterday he just felt like taking his bags and leaving.....I've never seen him so stressed I spoke to him for over an hour to calm him down as we need his salary too. Anyway enjoy your time off, sounds like it's going to be a fun filled day.

Marilu, have you given the notice at Mig's current creche, I know you nervous but we under estimate our babies and to your surprize Migs might just love it and take on very well and have less sick days tooo. Is it more expensive?

Cinds you right Woolies does sell but I find that only selected stores have the bigger baby grows

Fairy, can't help re: sleeping bag.But what is the next step?? Zia also needs a comfort at night, when he sleeps with me during the night he will get up and put his hand in my boobies, I think he just needs to feel or touch something. When he is sleeping in his got I put a blankie next to him, so when he wakes he just feels the blanky and goes back to sleep

Deja good to hear that you and hubby had a chat and that you are both trying hard to get you relationship back on track!!!
Why did you decide to take N for a haircut? Just curious :) My mom believes that if you cut a baby's hair very early then his/her hair will become nice and thick. Wonder wether it's only an old wives tale or not?

Hahaha..have to laugh at your hubby only dressing N in a babygrow! M doesn't fit into a 6-12month babagrow anymore and I can't find 12-18m babygrows ANYWHERE!

Hi All

Hope you all doing well...Charlene hope you feel better soon and enjoy your movie on Friday. I have not been to the movies since a week before Jan-Botha was born!

Had the sleep therapist over last night and had a long discussion. We think the biggest problem is that Jan-Botha does note like a dummy and does not have a "sleeping partner" like a toy or a blanket. He uses the bottle to fall asleep.

Question : who uses a baby sleeping bag and what are your thoughts. What is a good brand to buy?

Sumaya I'm also loving the holidays. It only takes me 10-15minutes to get to work now while it normally takes me 30minutes or more!
Glad to hear that your FIL is doing good. Zia sounds so cute :) It's weird how the simplest things (not toys) keeps them busy!

Charlene, jip, found a new creche for Migs..only 9 babies in the class (including her). I have to give a month's notice at her current creche, so she's only moving over at the end of July unfortunately :(

Sorry to hear that B is not feeling too well :( I HATE this teething!! Hope you feel better soon too. Shame..poor Ange, not good if a children's movie gives nightmares!!!!
Enjoy the movie on Friday!!!

DH and I had a talk on Sunday and I was surprised that he seems to be just as angry at me as I am at him. Our relationship needs some SERIOUS work. So we decided to both try and work on it and be more positive and I must stop moaning.

So here's to REALLY trying to make it nice for him to be at home.
