Babjap good luck with the fasting, do you eat Halal foods? I work in the food industry and at our factory everything needs to be Halal and Kosher.
Gister toe ek haar by die creche gaan haal het sy net aan die slaap geraak, so ek het haar maar wakker gemaak en gedink sy sal weer by die huis slaap (dit was 14:00) sy was so hop en spring mal die hele tyd tot 19:30 sonder enige slapies ! Wonder waar kry sy al die energie!

Sjoe Lonie, 4uur is VROEG!!!! Migione weier om by ons in die bed te slaap, as sy wakker is dan is sy WAKKER. Die probleem is dat sy teen half8 weer moeg is as sy so vroeg wakker word en die creche maak nie exceptions nie..hul naptyd is eers half9 so teen daai tyd is sy seker so oormoeg dat sy glad nie in die oggend nap nie.

M slept good last night, only woke up once and took a few sips of water and I had to change her nappy cause lately it's always leaking. She took a while to go back to sleep but I'm trying the whole 'no-cry sleep training' again..so I'm putting her down while she's still half awake so it takes long. BUT it worked

Vision I started giving M normal yoghurt since this weekend (I've always given her soya yoghurt) and so far there isn't a difference. So I'll be gradually putting her unto diary products to see if it works or not.

Jana my ma het ook iets gepraat van bokmelk (ek't nie regtig geluister nie). Waar kry mens dit? In normale winkels soos P&P? Ek is SO jammer om te hoor dat die dogtertjie dit nie gemaak het nie, dis baie baie baie sad! Sterkte! Bly om te hoor dat N weer so mal oor haar pa is

Deja if u look in the pics u can see how calm the water is and the waves brake closer to shore than here by us so we could neck deep into the water so the waves bobbing without braking so soon i think made her sleep, it was so funny yes.

Ag no man Deja, the poor child and the family to live wiht it for the rest of their lives, it is soooo sad !
