Marilu, bly M slaap so goed die afgelope ruk Zelri slaap van Feb al sleg, niks help nie ek het vrede gemaak met dit. Shame klink of M deur n fase of iets gaan. Ek is Zelri deesdae baie ek wil nie meer werk nie

Marib, when Am is clinny there is always something wrong, maybe not feeling all that well, or usually teething!
We have one of those Bamboo matress protectors on our bed..Amber has wet the bed, messed milk / tea all over, and not even a dot on the matress!! I still have to get one for her bed..but she is still sleeping in the cot.. I have tried the bed, but she thinks its a trampoline, and refuses to go to sleep.. Any help on getting them to sleep in the big bed?

Lizel, ag nee man, as ek voor die spieel staan en my maag uitdruk, dan lyk dit amper soos joune, en ek is nie eers swanger nie! Dit is piep klein!

Some remedies you can try for your flu..
Euphorbium nose spray (this is my new fav..and using for Am..dries up her nose in no time..and safe for even babies to use), its rather expensive, but goes a long way and works wonders!
You can try either Engystol from heel or Coryzalia from boiron..that can be used along with oscillococcinum.. I have been giving Amber half a vile twice weekly, and seems to keep the cold and flue away.

My voice is totally gone today, seems like I am getting upper resp infection, so also on my potions at the moment. My throught was killing me yesterday, after starting with throught spray it feels loads better today, but my voice....... At the management meeting I wanted to make a statement and only croak-croak.. Fighting with staff for not doing their work properly croak-croak..think I sound like a garden gnome..

So we went horse riding yesterday, but Am just screamed the whole way..I am so sad, she used to love horses, and even on Mondays at the school, she loves riding on the horse..somehow at this school something is putting her off.. I am going to stop it for a while, and maybe try again some time next year..
Deja, yes some of the activities are hard, but they get loads of help!

I have been thinking of going on a detox diet for a week, that along with Detox kit from heel..anybody been on a detox diet before?

Deja... cute! I think they look alike which means he will be very cute!

Marib... don't worry about Migs weight... Laeeq eats lots of junk and you saw how tiny he is so I don't think it is as a result of what you are feeding her or anything like that! She is such a good girl with her potty training!

Sumaya I'm still worried about Mig's weight although it does look as if she lost weight after stopping the milk (could be my imagination though). I just focus on healthy food for her..she can get snacks (chips etc) over the weekend.

Talking about potty training - Mig's niggie is almost 3years old and until a month back she still poo'ed in her panty (refusing to poo on the potty) and I was so shocked to hear that her mom and grandma actually smacked her bum when she did that!!

Marib - it's really nice to know that Migs is eating and sleeping better since she stopped the milk, are you worried about her weight? I like her the way she is? Well done with the potty training, Zia refuses, he rather will call at the top of his voice saying "mommy clean Zia's bum" in public nogal

AFU we doing great, I got Zia his bed, he seems exited so I will start this coming weekend to see if he will take to the bed. He is back to his normal self again too, and my dad is baby sitting him today
