@Apatire - Sorry hun, Im not sure on the best priced doctors then for something like that. It is fairly expensive. It might even be worth putting yourself onto a hospital plan for a few hundred rand a month and then after a few months go in for the lap. My lap came to about 60K but I do believe the prices were inflated a bit knowing that I am on medical aid. I haven't even paid my medaid that much in contributions and so it is definitely worth having for me.

My (humble) opinion:

I did not want to intervene too quickly when we first started TTC in 2009. I wasted valuable time in doing that. Give yourself a month or two, but I agree with Chanti. Opt for an operation. No harm done in having a more thorough investigation done. And then - you know what is the matter and can intervene properly.

Good luck!

Take care of yourself and your health xx I am now starting natural ways of curing my endo after the surgery. I actually had pain on my left side again yesterday which was quite scary... was hoping it wouldnt come back.

Thanks Chanti

I will definitely push her for investigations. I am now taking antibiotics, duphaston, qlaira and anti-inflamatories. Must be honest, I don't feel a difference. I am actually quite scared that the cyst might be gone and I am still sitting with the pain. I should have actually let her operate. I have quite bad right sided pain, but I have AF now, so can't judge the pain because I always have pain. I will wait until AF is done and if I am still in agony see her earlier
