Zumba is Latin in the form of exercise, you samba etc. Its one fo the Glomail products. Need do so toning seriously... just thinking of the beach and how am going to run after J and everything goes wobble wobble....

I really hope he is not going to be scared... Fabian already tested it on him and he could not stop laughing... main reason why he bought it.

About the work Charlotte...just give it your best.. never know they may just look for people afterwards... it always happen.

What is this Zumba? i need to start doing some exercise very unfit. not for weight loss im already in k@k at the clinic because im not picking up weight. apparently 47kg is to little for them (sorry to say but they are huge) my do said with my height and all that crap im fine between 45kg and 50kg

Juno actually got the Zumba cd last week... and started with that. I like it... because its is dance/excercise in one.. so dont feel that hectic all the time. Hopefully will do the trick.

I bet you are probably one of those skinny people that think they are fat! lol... you dont look overweight on you photo!

On the party thing... not going to have something big... just a cake and few things... will safe the money for when he is two. But might change our minds as time progress.

Fabian bought a father xmas hat with the beard at game the other day... oh cant wait for the holidays! Going to be so precious!

On the nappy thing... was on huggies gold no problems... then saw the add on tv about the pamper being more flexible for when they crawling and tried it... the 1st week every night he was wet, but all of a sudden next week nothing... so dont no what happened.. but already bought huggies gold again and will see how it goes.

Kyoto, yes - admittedly a very crappy one. There's even a Curves No I actually go to Paarl. I started with a biokineticist because of a lower back problem and haven't stopped - they also take on people who want supervised exercise. I'm in the fortunate position where my medical aid has been paying for everything because I do actually have some degeneration of the vertebra - mild though. Funnily enough the biokineticist found out she was pregnant on the exact same date as I did so I really benefitted and continue to do so
