Shame Sam I dont know about you, but get such a laugh when they trying by kicking those legs and wiggling the body trying to move forward and then just give up and start crying out of frustration.

Our house is not even baby proof yet. What about you guys?

My little boy was born on the 19th Jan 2010 his name is Logan, he still has no teeth and is desperately trying to crawl!!! He is too cute!

Hi Juno and Everyone

My have a baby boy name Jordan, he was born on the 29th Jan 2010. He got four teeth now. Yesterday he started crawling for the first time! yipppeee. now the trouble is going to start.

Juno you must please share some of your recipes with us. Id really love to try finger foods.

Purely because I come from the July 2009 group. Most of us (like 80%) have also been together since conception, yet we have always embraced new mommies. We have even rallied to raise money for a mommy in our group who was going through a difficult time. This mommy isn't the most active on our thread, yet she is one of us. We have first time, second time, third time mommies. We appreciate the advice of those with more experience than us first timers.

Yes, some of us just don't agree on certain topics but this is a free, open forum and if you feel that you can't chat in the group you started out in you are more than welcome to start a new group for mothers who are more excepting.

There are some great mommies by months groups on this forum and I applaud them.

I hope for those of you now looking for a new home, that you will find the same love and acceptance.

We have 1100 registered users on this website, so far I've seen only 3 having an issue......

Juno, I am sorry that you felt that way, you certainly never mentioned it? We are a close knit group, but that it because we have been toghether since conception and it was certainly never our intention to make you feel left out.

Firstly, I must reitereate that it is not my intention to cause any offence by starting another Jan 2010 group.

I was due late Feb 2010 but my LB decided to make his entrance in Jan. I was really glad to see a Jan 2010 on Moomie and tried to join but could see that the mommies had formed a very close knit group. I understood this and therefore popped in every now and again to ask a question as I really missed not being able to share with moms with babies of the same age.

So it would be really great if there is a Jan group for all moms. I should have thought of this before.

From my side I have a LB, Liam who was born premature and is only now starting to catch up with his milestones. I've recently started finger foods as he is showing signs of wanting to fee himself. This is made difficult as he has not mastered the pincer grip and is not sitting properly.

Hope to hear from some Jan moms soon.
