have you tried yoghurt? i take the pure yoghurt, not the sweetend things, add a bit of honey and cut the fruit up.

wanted to find out what other snacks I can give Ethan during the day. He has his fruit everyday and teething biscuits but is there anything else I can give him. I've even tried the dried fruit especially the dried apple rings which he loves. I packed in some strawberries today for him so will find out from my Aunt how this went.

Sorrel - yes I have to be a brave girl!!! but damn i knew this was coming, but i feel like rolling into a little ball and crying!!!

Her bib was covered in strawberries and my cupboard as she does not believe in sitting and eating!!!!

I think they just need to learn not to , Amandalynn hardly ever did, I never did door stoppers or any of those things!!!

Just got an email from Charlotte informing me of this new thread. Thankfully now I have somewhere to chat. Lets start by first introducing myself -

My name is Jasmaine and I live in PE, I'm mom to a very energetic 8month old named Ethan. He was born on 31 Jan so I just made it onto this thread.

We've been having lots of fun and my husband and I are first time parents so I tend overreact to a lot of things. Ethan started teething only recently and I panicked thinking my son was way behind other children his age, but once he got into it he came with a bang and he's now got both bottom teeth come out at once. He's a bit lazy when it comes to tummy time and crawling and will rather find some other method of getting the toys we put infront of him.

I work in the hotel industry so its not often that I can come online but when I do I find that a lot of the other moms share the same things I'm going through and that helps a great deal especially when you are a first time mother.

Well thats me - hoping to chat to all the mommies and get to know you all.

Sorry about food poisoning Sammy! but YAY on Logan standing up. I freak out with J does that...so scared he is going to fall...do you feel that way too? heheheheheheheh. but they must learn. Glad Logan enjoyed the avo...and its good for him aswell!

Jordan had lamb and veggies yesterday...he loves mommies food. and soom fruit salad for pudding.... hmmmmmmmm yum yum. all mashed to chuncky pieces....he tooo damn lazy for blw... lol....takes after his dad...lol...just want to be spoiled.

Oh yes and we did the safety thing yesterday... covered the plugs...put door stoppers... and we bought some stuff for the drawers, but it did not fit. Do you guys have any ideas on how to keep him from opening the drawers...so scared for those little fingers.

Juno it is not that impressive as i haven't even gotten a response on any of them. I am currently applying for anything that fits my experience and will pay me a salary!!!

The meet went the way i expected it to!!!! so I'm officially retrenched, just waiting for the dates for when we are finishing!!! I'm so fucking freaked out!!! i just want to roll into a little ball and cry, but I'm the strong bitchy girl in the office, show no feelings!!!!!!
