Well done Logan – he’s probably thinking – at last all those cupboards to exlore! Isn’t it amazing how babies differ developmentally – just look at ours. It’s very difficult not to compare.

Kyoto that must have been so much fun for all of you My partner introduced Liam to the pool at a few weeks old. It was SO hot here in Feb of this year – temps going up to 40. Liam has still got that rash – not sure what to do anymore. Will wait for his 9 month checkup and speak to paed as it is not bothering him.

Charlotte it depends what your objective is. I think if it is to be romantic I must concur with Sorrel and Kyoto about going away for a night. Or do a stay at home but really set the scene and go to Ratanga the next day. I saw a little 3 yr old of a friend slap her in the face! How on earth does one handle that? Lorelai is such a pretty name by the way. How’s the BLW going by the way?

Sorrel I’m also looking for a costume. Saw some at Ackerman’s but they’re not that nice. Liam also enjoys his pasta. He tasted jelly for the first time today – so funny seeing their reactions for the first time. Found some of those miniature rice cakes at Woolies which he also enjoys. He also had a cream cheese sandwich today – what a mess I must say I’m really enjoying going through the whole meal thing with him. My problem is he gets tired very quickly so doesn’t eat as much compared to if I only feed him pureed food. What’s J like?

oh yes on the smacking thing. the other day I got home from work... the nanny ask me... rather abrupt... who is teaching Jordan to smack ppl. So I ask her, if she thinks we will teach our child to smack ppl in the face... omw! lol

anyway this is the final good bye!!!

Will go work out my finances, depending on what i have to get for the kids...

maybe ill just post the kids to my mom and spoil him rotten...

Charlotte I would go to a B & B, spoilt yourselves a little bit. Go somewhere new and neutral where you guys can be romantic. There are some very reasonable priced places in Cape Town that is beautiful and private.

Luke also has this thing where he grabs my face and scratches. His nails grow so fast I have to cut them twice a week. Have to do it while he sleeps though, learnt my lesson the hard way when I almost cut off his fingers and toes because he moved so much

Sorrel I use the Tropitone Water Babies SPF 40 and I really coat it on him every 30 minutes. The swimming all in one UV costumes are sold at pick n pay and I've seen them at Ackermans.

just love the fact that the babies grow so fast. congrats on the crawling SAM.

Sorrel - we always go and eat out, i dont mind the dishes i dont mind the cleaning, but we need to do something for us with no kids around. was thinking about booking us into a bed & breakfast, but 1 night is such a waste of mommy.

My dearest Lorelai has a bit of a temper problem!!!!! she screams if you take anything from her and then if she can reach your face will smack you!!! she is driving me insane!!!

Juno you ask me about the chicken...I just mush it with the veggies.

Gave Jordan some pasta over the weekend and egg, he loves it. The funny thing is...he yawns the whole time while he is eating, and his not tired, think he is gasping for air....shame he is still struggling to get use to the ruff textures.

Charlotte...let me think...hmmmmm...your idea sounds nice...but would you not prefer not eating out...think about the dishes woman! Hows your babas?
