jeez bizarre could have sworn that Kristin did as well - sorry, sorry - hate it when that happens...that is just terrible about your father - I could not even begin to imagine what I would do under those circumstances. Ditto falling pregnant unexpectedy. As you say in a situation one can do nothing to change you adapt.

I try very hard to maintain the life I used to have. The two areas that have suffered the most are my poor dogs and friends! We all do the best we can though and I think that is all that matters..

Juno, Liam is so cute!! Love the pics. It was me who said my partner does very little, not Kristin. I worked at a bank for nine years, really had a great job and enjoyed it. Then my dad (46yrs old) was diagnosed with cancer and died six months after his diagnosis. We were extremely close and his death was a huge shock to say the least. I resigned from the bank and moved to Miami to get away from everything. When I returned I met BF and a year later I fell pregnant. So I wasn't working and the decision to be a SAHM was the only one. As I said before this baby was VERY unexpected and I've had to adapt to the situation. I love Luke to death but it has been a huge adjustment. Before my life revolved around my dogs, gym, family, friends and now things are very very very different. I'm looking forward to when he is older and we can do more activities together.

SAHM – I’m also seriously thinking about this though I would also take the opportunity to do some studying and explore some initiatives I’ve wanted to do for a while – so ditto Sorrel. BUT depends on a few things coming together so we’ll see. Kyoto you tell it how it is – certainly not a case of the grass is greener. A big decision.

So this measles injection is sounding bad! I’m getting rather apprehensive! Kristin poor little one! Hmmm about your partner doing as little as possible. You want me to pay him a visit What do you do by the way?

Sorrel – have no idea whether he’s teething. I don’t think so though. I’m using LetiBalm. Also tried bitter aloe gel – Simply Aloe range of products. I know what you mean about the constant pressure to get home by a certain time – can get you down. Just rush rush rush all the time. Meant to ask you in what form you are feeding Jordan chicken?

Sam I know what you mean. Getting that balance is a tough one. Curious to know the difference in age between Liam (he was at 2:30am 19/1) and Logan? How’s his crawling going by the way?

Made a divine fruit salad for Liam’s dinner tonight – with ground almonds and dates – YUM. I think I ate more of it than he did Here he is eating some paw paw and pear.

Some days I wish I was a SAHM and other days I am so grateful that I am not. Maternity leave was tough!

Sorrel i had to rush out take my brothers little one for stiches he feel down the stairs and gashed his head open... I felt so sorry for him, today is his 2nd birthday "Shame"

C is doing much better thanks guys. Apparently she did vomit again after breakfast but is still full of giggles so it sounds like she's much happier.

Charlotte I am bored silly as well. Just finished a huge project that took me about 2 weeks and now I'm exhausted and actually just want to go home and nap. Can I? Please?
