I remember you were visting you mother right? She must be so proud to becoming a grandma to twins. I know my mother is forever going crazy over me being pregnant, so I think anything "out of the ordinary" must make them even worst.

Asp- would you bloody believe it, i was in Naboomspruit last weekend!!!!!! was going to go this weekend but decided to avoid the long weekend rush with traffic.

I am SUPER excited that it is "Friday" (hie-hie)

We are going to Naboomspruit for the weekend, and Monday is our anniversary. I booked a nice "Romantic Spa Night" for Hubby and myself on Monday night and man, I am so looking forward to that. Full body, hands & feet, and head and shoulder massages with a 3 course meal. Can it please be Monday now?????

Oh, never had a massage while being pregnant - wonder what they do diffenrently? I know no aromatic oils and no hot stone, but apparently they have a way to make you still enjoy it

Vix, so funny about the "running into Chris". I usually end up seeing everyone when I look like crap, but I guess it is sort of my trademark.

You guys with multiples should post some belly pics. No everyday that I get to be part of multiple pregnancies.

I think I might rethink the whole scan situation next week (when we come back), but for now lying it to rest (hopefully...) Does anyone have a number for Maryke and where is she based? Otherwise I'll ask Joli on the Apr thread.

Quiet today huh?

I had to pop out for some fabric today and then quickly popped into checkers for a light bulb and who should I bump in to??????? None other than our very own Chris! What a lovely surprise, wow Chris you're looking so great the belly is growing so nicely! Sorry I looked like a bag of poo, as I left the house I thought "mmm shall I get changed and do my hair? Nah, It's not like I will bump into anyone I know" LOL can you believe it? Oh well I suppose after the babies are here this is what I'll look like all the time anyway.

Sterretjie- I see Chamdor fabrics in the Medowdale mall has mickey and minnie rugs from R55 so if you do decide to go with that theme maybe stop there but I'm sure you'll find stuff at Oriental plaza. You're probably right to wait a bit and see if you change your mind once you know the sex. Chatting to Chris today I think the idea of choosing a colour theme rather than a charactor theme. I did winnie the pooh for C's room which he loves but it's very unisex and I think soon it'll change to ferrari's but with the twins I'm just going to make and hang anything blue and red.

Chris- I'll have a look at the huge fabric place here and see if they have anything you're looking for then I'll take pics of what they have and email to you.

Asp- o.k I definately don't feel like I'm carrying anything other than boys since we found out the sexes but before I was sure it was a pigeon pair. I saw they were both loud and proud boys before the Dr even said so and that definately convinced me. With C I never saw the penis and even though I 'knew' it was a boy I couldn't help but wonder if they were wrong, even after the birth talking to a nurse I said 'my girl' LOL I agree with Carmen though, maybe just feed your obsession and get an extra scan and get them to show you the genitals.

The tweenies are starting to really kick up a storm when I lay down, it's like they don't like the stillness LOL I think they're waking me up but I can't be sure if it's not me waking them when I go for a pee.

I am suddenly a very horny wife with a DH who is scared to touch me grrrrrrrrrrr I asked Dr if we're still o.k to have intercourse and he said sure for at least this month then we'll take it one week at a time so I'm thinking to get in as much action this month incase it's off limits from next appointment but DH has found a new obsession with his computer game and is NEVER in the mood for luuuuuurve. Bummer.

I am starting to suffer a bit of incontinence, not much and not all the time but I think occasionally the tweenies must put too much pressure on my bladder. I get this wet feeling and of course I run to the toilet scared it's something other than pee. It's usually just after I wake up or in the night though so I think it depends where the twins are lying.

Marke- where are you? Getting a bit worried now, haven't heard from you in a while........ Does anyone have any other contact for her?

Kimika, I have changed my mind so often the last couple of months. From "no, I am going to do minimal with the nursery" to surfing the net for boarders; bedding etc. I like your idea - I think I must sleep a week or two more on the idea and then make up my mind.

Chris, eina for the ribs!! I never had that but I hear lotsa women say it can get really bad! And then ofcourse you have triple the action.. I think the humidifier is a good idea.. always works for me too, just dont add any oils or essenses and stuff.

Sterretjie, you can always still do the Mickey mouse theme without getting too much branded stuff.. Just choose some colors, maybe 3 that you want to use and then just get some Mickey toys and things to decorate with. Or if you use the material (I think I remember you had some) to cut out the characters and them sow them onto some nice colored bedding. Vix can help you with that And then ofcourse you can paint some canvassas or like Chris said to have the images printed.

Aspoestertjie, about your *mixed feelings* I kinda got a feeling that it was a boy but I shrugged it off to me preparing myself for the news of another boy. But I kept hoping and thinking girl, even found myself googling baby girl themes.. so really the feeling of preparing myself for another boy I pushed aside to get emotionally excited for a girl. But thinking back I, at about 9 or so wks I got a clear voice in my head one night saying I was going to have a boy and that I should accept it and get used to the idea.. and instead of listening I just ignored it duh !

Vix, I am also leaving my LG in her room closest to ours, and LB will be in the room next to her. I tend to wake up so easily, even when my LG only wakes up (withou making a sound) and I hope it is the same with my little man. Otherwise I'll get a monitor. We will be having Adriaan in our room till about 4 months (which is what we did with our LG) and then move him to his room. My LG got restless in our room and started sleeping more soundly in her own room.

Loving the ideas for the little one's rooms. I am really so uncreative and just following the same "method" as with my LG, this time cars instead of fairies
