Santie i'm so sorry to hear your news. You and your DH are in my thoughts and prayers.

As I hope you get some of your energy back soon. It's the worst feeling ever.

Maryke you go girl!! Hahahaha - well done on having an evening to yourself. Pity about having to do bedtime when you got home - that's a typical male for you though!

Chris please try and take it easy today!

AFM no news. Got a bit worried yesterday because I hardly felt any movement since our scan on Tuesday. But heard a strong heartbeat last night so have calmed down again. Baby is lying facing the floor so any movement or kick isn't really felt. Hopefully he turns over soon!

Morning Girls

Please, please, please tell me you guys are also a tired as me!

With my first pregnancy, I wasn't really tired till about 34 weeks onwards.

Now, ever since I found out, I am DYING!

I am taking Pregnativ, folic acid, vita-thion and some days even a Borocca, but I still feel as if I can't even lift my arms.

I really get a good nights sleep - anything from about 20h00 onwards to 04h30/05h00. (Thanking my LG for being a GOOD sleeper)

And still, I am dying.

Yesterday I only had 2 meals in the day: breakfast per usually and a chicken burger and chips for lunch. Oh my, though I was going to die. Felt like I was starving and haven't eaten for days. So Hubby made nice macaroni and mince and I had a large helping at about 20h00. Was in bed at 21h30, slept till 05h00, woke up tired (no energy at all) and starving. I am thinking this baby is growing a hel of a lot.

Anyone experiencing the same level of tiredness? Could it be since my body never really recovered from my first pregnancy?

I am really one of those persons who never use to be tired - thus this is really frustrating for me. And not really getting better, only worst as time passes

Morning ladies,

Maryke- sorry but i couldn't help but laugh my backside off at you lapping DH at 1am LOL you go girl! wish i had a sushi buddy, oh man i haven't had sushi in years.

Lizelle- thanks for the update on Santie, shame that is soooo sad, i have been wondering where she has been for some time now. Sorry about your mood swings but you're right it is a lot more stressful the second time around. I try not to drive anymore because i swear i will ram some of these idiot drivers with my little Chevy spark LOL

Kimika- there were a few ladies who were on a hospital plan that were accepted for PMB's, there's actually no reason why they should not cover still because the whole point is that these consults come out of the hospital side of the plan. Maybe post a Q like "Did anyone apply for PMB's on a hospital plan with Discovery" because can't remember now who it was. I know Taryn was getting her PCOS treatment paid for from the PMB's whilst on a hospital plan.

I changed over to a hospital plan after C was born because i realised i was saving way more money than what they were putting into the savings fund so now i just basically run my own savings fund. All the savings fund is is a savings account they keep for you without paying you any interest! Con really!

Chris- please don't exhaust yourself like yesterday! I understand work has to be done but you still have to drive home after you're already exhausted and besides it's not like you can help it if the servers are down all day.

I can't sleep on my left side, i get a terrible pain in my chest and restless legs so the poor baby on the right is always going to be laid on LOL

Hi girls & beans !!

Hope you're all well today.

i Must be one of the lucky ones, have'nt had any ms with previous pregnancy or this one and not even heartburn...but for the heartburn part i think it could still happen..it's still early days :)
As for hubby i have'nt seen a hormone change in him :), still same old self.
He just says with the first pregnancy i was the most friendly of all times, but this time it's a bit different...i think it's because it's not easy the second time around with a little one running around and just wants mommy's attention - i'm starting to feel quilty for not being in a better mood sometimes - but i'm trying my best. At least LO & DH is behaving very good :) so that is helping alot these days.

Girls i have been thinking alot about Santie, she has not been here for a while now, but it's not going good - i just hope she does'nt mind me informing you all that she lost her Twins the 11th. :( Not sure what happend, it's all i know - saw it on her Facebook status. i Know how she must feel, i've been there, so thinking of her alot.

Have to go now, hope you all have a fab day!
Almost weekend girls :)

Vix, if your still around.. does Discovery approve the PMB thing to ppl who only have hospital plans? Were thinking of downgrading but just wanted to make sure of that before doing anything drastic.

MommyN, hehe.. funny that you mention.. my hubby got serious ms with my first pregnancy :) If he took a wiff of my tuna lunch he would run :) As for the heartburn.. Im waiting for my share to kick in :( Any time soon now..

Hi ladies!

Managed to read some posts earlier, but couldn't reply, so no personals today :(

I managed to work alot longer today, but I am completely finished, was dying to go home but couldn't as I was trying to finish this page for work and what would normally take me half hr/45 mins, took me about 5 hours as I kept getting kicked off our netwok, it was so frustrating. But ayway.

Im going to paint my nails and chill!

Enjoy your evening ladies!
