Good luck with the Amnio Carmen, all will be ok, I remember a friend of ours also did it, I dont rmemeber her saying how it went, but yr dr explained and they know what to do. Your scan pics are lovely!!

Maryke, shame dear, hope you feel better soon, when dh gets on my nerves I land up ignoring him because I just blow, he begs me to tell him when something bother me in our relationship.

I really take my hat off to all of you ladies with lo's and pregnant, I can see how much Im unable and able to do and I think I probably wouldn't cope if I had a lo, you girls are strong, and to top it off you have dh's who can sometimes act like you lo's. .....Maryke you need a day to yourself, 4 Sept cant come soon enough, not that we can measure to a day at the spa, but maybe close

Chan, glad your scan went well, and your big little boy is doing good!

My day at work was ok, a bit of a strain, I got to work and went to the loo and had spots of blood and some cramps, I am home now, left at 2 and my back has been so eina!! My manager was so shocked to see me in, so Im just going to be taking it easy this week hopefully it will increase my energy levels.

Vix, Im hoping the sleep will get better, I chamomile last nite and while drinking it I could feel myself gettign sleepy, but as soon as I put my head down, nooo, no sleep for a few hours. Im hopign going back to work will help me sleep. I spoketo one of the sisters at the dr yesterday and she said the the FS's wife also battled, she couldn't slep and my boss's wife (they had triplets) also battled, she sat watching the friends series and what have you, so I think some ladies are lucky with sleep, some not so lucky, but I really hope its like you say, so we will see in a few days.

Oh yes one last thing (sorry for the already long post). My work has put a password for us to access internet (own password), but so they can monitor where the internet traffic was coming from, lol, before bedrest I thought it was me being on here and research so much, but now I dont think so as I haven't been there for 3 weeks. So I'll probably be scarce during the day.

Maryke - so sorry your dh is so self focused, agree with Vix - you need a spa day. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks re - the pics - I'm 39- will be 40 (3-3-2011) a week after lo due date.

Maryke- wow sounds like DH is giving you a real hard time! I feel very bad for you!

I'm very lucky, my DH is the one telling me to stop and i keep telling him i have too much to do and he tells me not to make dinner we'll have sarmies or take outs. I am lucky but i learnt the hard way the first time around that occasionally the only way people realise how much you do is when you take a break and be selfish with your time, then they can see just how much you do!

I am feeling tad better today it's just this caughing that irretates me, well to be honest I have been very irretable the last two weeks just feels like everything is not falling in to place I feel frustrated with hubby cause it feels like he doesn't even notice us he is inpatient with our lo he doesn't even ask if myself or babas are doing fine evertime I complain about something I have to hear your pregnant not dying and the more I try explain it's different this time around with twins he just doesn't feel a crap.

O yes the best is this morning he has a big woohaa with me cause I don't have any sympathy for him being sick (he also has the flu) I was stunned I couldn't even reply in a bitchy way I was so shocked hallo!!!You know I am the one that has to potty train our lo at night make sure she goes to the toilet while he sleeps his arse of I am the one that has to go and sit with her in our room to watch movies that I am not particulary interrested in but I do it I have to make sure lo is ready for school in the morning make sure she gets to school picked up from school, then he has a nerve to ask me on a friday when my mom picks her up for a tea party why the child has to go there every friday he doesn't see her bla bla bla not my fault freak man I also just need a break I make sure his supper is ready when he gets home o ja and wait on him like a real frikken waitress tv tray knife and fork juice he just sits and eats no thank you no nothing no how was your day he just carries on how everyone is out get him at the office realy grow up and take your responsibilty don't just sit there and wine

I am so close and believe me that day is winking around the corner that I am going to tell him where he can get off I am so in the mood for a fight.........

Maybe all these pregnancy hormones are just making me a cow but I just feel so tired and feels like I am all alone

Hi Guys,

Chris- so pleased your scan went well with the Gynae. I'm sure your restlessness at night is because you've been on Bed rest and mentally you're probably not as stimulated as you need to be. I'm sure going back to work will really help the sleepless ness.

Carmen- i understand exactly why you're doing the amnio, i would've too if there was such a risk. It's nice that the FA specialist explained the procedure too you, that should help make it a bit easier.

Maryke- i hope this Bronchitis leaves you soon! I think we should wait at least another week or so until you are definitely better before organizing another meet. Maybe we should make it for 28th Aug or 4th Sept do people have a preference?

Claire- yay, can't wait to meet you in person at the next meet!

Cornel- hi hun, how are you doing? Did the gynae give you any suggestions to help avoid another MC next time?

Jessica- so pleased your little munchkin is well!

Chan- I'm only seeing Gynae on Friday. I'm sure your boy will be with you before Christmas day! I am also 38w on Christmas day which is FT for twins but as i will be having a C-sec i want them out on or before 14th Dec ideally, lets just hope they grow fast!
