I was thinking the same thing Vix, it is costly, and Im sure they charge more with mulitples, its very stupid, they do at the FS, it annoys me slightly.

Hmmm, I think I should start phoning and organizing myself and some appointments.

Chris- it will depend on what scan the gynae does, they say on a 2D they can only see the sex from 16w. an NT scan can be done from 11-14w i believe but i do know a gynae in PTA that only does it at 16w and apparently with multiples they like to do it at 16w. just phone them and ask what they recommend.

I would say if you can get the spare cash definately get yourself a 4D done especially as this could well be your last pregnancy!

Sjoe I am feeling much beter that I did this morning.

So the dr had great news. My pregnancy so far looks very healthy. We can only see one babe so far but I have to go back in 3 weeks time so we can just check the heart beat again (it was a bit faint) but he said nothing to worry about. The reason for the bleeding is because my serveks didn't close properly. I have to take hormone pills for 5 days to fix that small problem.

But jinne I am soooooo reliefed. I couldn't help but to get tears in my eyes when I saw that little heart beat. I am now really excited about this little one.

Hehe, anyway I have to get back to work, lots to do...

My last appointment with FS will be at 11w3d, will it be ok to book NT scans for 14w? We want to do that with the dr tht specialises in multiple births, maybe then he would be able to tell the sexes and if not then I will book for a 4d, its difficult cos I was told from 16/18w there already isn't alot of space for triplets to move, so scared if we wait that we wont find out any sexes

Me aswell. Going for my "normal" scan at gynae at 12 weeks. It will be my last internal YAHHHHHHHH

Maybe I should book one for 14 weeks and take my mom. Never did take her before as Hubby are too eager to go!

Do they allow more than 2 people? I know most gynaes only allow 2 people at scans
