Congrats Vix - I just read that you are expecting twins. Wow!! that is great.

I can't wait for the 31st July. I just booked my 4d scan. I am so excited. I want to know whether baby is a boy or a girl.

For me first crossroads has been the first scan. Have first appointment with midwife at week eleven(now eight weeks)and not quite sure if the first scan will be even later than that. Thinking it might perhaps be good for peace of mind to go for a scan in the next week if I can. Problem is I don't currently have a gynae. Do you know of anywhere in Cape Town I can go just to have a single once-off scan or does one have to be affiliated with someone? When do most moms go for the first scan? XX THANKS!

Vix I can't wait for the next 2 weeks to hurry up so we can find out if it's definately a boy!! If we can't see there's no way i'll make it to 20 weeks without knowing!!

We're taking Kyra with us to this next scan and she's so excited because she's going to see her brother or sister for the first time! So cute!

Sexyhexy whoo hoo for the MS! I know it isn't nice but it means everything is doing what it's supposed to be doing!

Oh Vix about getting a doppler - go for it!!! It has been my saving grace! I'd never ever cope without it. Every 2-3 days when i'm feeling a little uneasy I listen for that heartbeat. I know exactly where to look now and baby's heartbeat is so loud and strong on it now it's wonderful.
