Chan- I also feel very un pregnant, besides a very weak digestive tract, indigestion and full tummy sindrome seems to be my ailments right now.

For those who remember Nelria from the origional TTC group (and Paisley, I know you've met her) she had her LB this morning 50cm 3.02kg healthy looking boy named Xen.

Vix im nothing special just a basic ambulance assistant, the bottom of the food chain you could say. There are 2 levels above me, we nothing like a nurse, they need Dr permission we dont.

Morning ladies!!

Marie welcome!! May you have a healthy and happy 8 months!! I love your due date - Valentines day!

Paisley I hope you're feeling better today. Shame that low blood pressure sounds terrible.

No news from me! Feeling like my normal self again and wouldn't even know I was pregnant if it wasn't for the scans! Going for the fetal assessment on 25 June! Can't wait for the better scanner!

Marie- welocme! It's great to have extra members since a few seem to have gone MIA. You look familiar...... Was you in the TTC group one upon a time? Where are you based?

Chris- I remember with my 1st, I did a test when DH was at work and didn't want to tell him over the phone so I had to wait the whole day. I drove straight down to Baby City and walked around looking at everything. I quickly walked out though, I was so embarassed I thought everyone could tell I had just found out that morning LOL The first thing we bought was the pram and we said we would wait until 12w for that. Straight out of the gynaes room at 12w we went directly to baby city LOL from then I bought something almost everytime I went out the house. RE camp cot.... Look around a bit, if you have money to splurge then go for it but I wouldn't spend thousands on one with a fancy bassinet and change top. I never ever used the camp cot change mat, the bassinet only lasts to 3m and by 5m you can't even keep them in the higher part of the cot anymore, they have to go to bottom level. Rather buy a cheapie standard camp cot and if you really want then buy yourself a moses basket otherwise a lot of BF women like to have baby in bed with them at first. I put my boy in the cot from day 1 but it wasn't easy after the C-sec to get in and out of bed every 2hrs to feed so with the next I am using the spare room's double bed and will share it for the first 3m with the baby. C had a camp cot and I'm pleased to say that only now 20m is he nearly touching top and bottom but babies don't sleep like stiff boards. I want to move him to a bed before the next baby comes so I can use the cot again, it's actually been perfect timing. I think I spent R500 on the cot and I even quickly pack it up when we stay over at friends houses. He sleeps well because it's his own cot we've taken with. We chose a camp cot because money was tight buteven if I had money I wouldn't buy a regular cot after my exoerience with a camp cot.

I have only been to baby city once since I fell pregnant this time and that was to buy a toilet trainer for C. It's amazing how relaxed I am this time.

Wonder where paisley is? She's not normally MIA

My friend is currently having her LB via C-sec, man I am so emotional because I can remember mine so clearly, I can feel her fear but the joy when she holds her boy..... She has a LG C's age but that was a natural birth so this C-sec thing is a bit new and daunting for her, I hope it goes smoothly! Every expectation I had of meeting my child was no where near as amazing as it was!
