Corgan's mom - agree with twinbee- definitely not silly to mention - each is a great milestone and worth mentioning-Great news regarding his hearing.

hi corgansmom, none of those things are silly but HUGE milestones which many of us take forgranted (and some even see it as a competition). well done dear mother what love and patience you have.

I am so bad at this!! Sorry!

Corgan will be 16 months on the 27th! His last check up was at the beginning of Feb, he now weighs 6.7kg!!! and he is 70cm in length! The days in the NICU seem so far away now but I don't miss them one bit!!! On the 11th of February Corgan had been home for one whole year!!! People still think he is a few months old...a friend of mine has an eighth month old daughter and she is bigger than Corgan...

Update on his hearing: His original diagnosis was profound hearing loss...we were then told he was probably a candidate for cochlear implants...we were still convinced that he hears better than what they had told us...after discussing that with the audiologist, Corgan was tested again in the booth without his hearing aids...it was discovered that the hearing aids he had were too powerful now so they were returned...his diagnosis has now changed to mild to moderate hearing loss...we have decided to wait a little bit before trying out less powerful hearing aids...we are hoping for further improvement....

He finally got his first tooth this month and the second one is on its way! The first one is a bit yellowish - which I'm told is quite common with preterm babies due to meds used while they are in hospital...hoping the next one will be pearly white...

He now sits nicely on his own...he also crawls nicely...and he also has started pulling himself up on everything and today for the first time "walked" around the edges of his play pen...he did four laps...lol...he claps his hands for excitement and shakes his head for "no"...

He eats well...he basically eats whatever we are having...he only has about 350ml of formula per day...

I don't know if any of these things are silly to mention but everything is a huge accomplishment to me I just feel like we've come so far

Has anyone tried Infantrini?? or Infatrini???? Is there a difference? Where can I buy it?
