Solo - Garett is such a lovely name, glad you found something that you both like. Your Ghd thread on the names is very funny to read. Some really strange names out there. We still have not decided on names yet. Although I do have some in mind.
How did the antenatal class go. I found that they hardly touched on the breathing part when I went to classes with M. Did BF go with you?

Tanasha - Esme is also a beautiful name. Do you know what it means?
Oh re the hats. I used to put hats on M to cover his ears if we went outside. Not sure why but I just did!

Ertjie- I am also going to dr on Monday. Going every 3 weeks now...
Then I go again on 6 April.
Starting my ML on 27 April. That's if baby stays in until then. She is due on 29 April... My first born was due on 6 march. I took off from 1 march. He arrived 8 march. I was so bored at home waiting.

Solo, I do hope everything works out with BF. And I'm so glad he's finally giving you the support you need. How was the class?

Love the name Tanasha. Esme is such a gentle name. We also had a hard time choosing a name that sounds the same in Eng and Afr. All my fave names are pronounced differently.

the names we first chose was Tristan Samuel until we realised that my previous dog was called Trista and DH's fave dog that died some years ago was called Sam - so we almost named our boy after dead dogs. Imagine explaining that to him when he's a teenager
Ertjie, you really sound ready for everything! I HAVE to make a lists and start getting stuff ready.

I have these days where I'm so uncomfortable I can't do anything and then other days when I hardly feel pregnant at all. But my bump never goes away it just keeps getting bigger. I keep closing the fridge door on it because I forget its there.

I've started thinking about the birth and wondering what to do to prepare. I have to book antenatal classes and have to start those stretch exercises - I think its called perineal (???? - I'm on my BB and can't look it up) excercises. What are you guys doing?

Solo how was your antenatal class?

Do newborns have to wear hats? why do people always put them in hats? my baby will be born in the summer?

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write me a pvt msg. Been reading some of your posts via e-mail. Glad you guy are all doing well.

Unfortunately this is a very selfish post. I decided to come back to work on monday after a week and a half off against my doctor's advice. Monday and tuesday went very well. was convinced i'd made the right decision until today.

It has been one long day, i am so sad i wish i could disappear! I've tried everything to cheer myself up but nothing. I have an appt with a psychologist for tomorrow afternoon (it was the earliest i could get). But i guess the reason i'm here is simple, whatever your belief, whichever God you pray to please if you can say a prayer for me & my other remaining sister who's also struggling to cope. Even if it's just 3 words. That we find a way to cope and accept. Please do not reply to me or say anything cause lord knows i'll only cry and i am so tired of crying. Please just pray for me.

I am desperate and just want the pain to stop. otherwise i wouldn't ask. I'm a strong believer in that prayer changes things. Thank you, and G_d bless you all.

Ertjie my bump also disappears and my tummy just goes flabby! The worst is that it happens just before someone decides to feel my bump. LoL. I find it can happen at any time of the day. Wish the swelling around my ankles would disappear like that as well

I'm going to start antenatal class tonight. I'll let you know how it goes. BF said he would join me if its not all going to be about "breathe, pant, pant, puuuuush" So I will let him know... But I am amazed he even said he would consider joining me

Been MIA for a while, but was reading all your posts.

TaNasha - that is a lovely name - we already decided on a girls name, but seem to struggle with a boys name.

Solo - glad that you and BF could sort out your problems. I see you are attending antenatal classes - how did it go?
I tried to phone a few places, but they don't give classes after 28 weeks. Strange!
Got a place for the 16th April. Only a one day workshop!

Seeing doc again on Monday, will be the first visit to doc without DH, he started a new job recently and will not be able to go with.
I think he is more sad than me. He just love to go with to the scans!!

Does it also feel like, during the day, especially in the morning, like your bump disappeared. Right now it looks just like a fat tummy, but in the afternoon it became big and hard
My tummy also looks kinda small, don't seem to grow, but the kicks are getting stronger and sometimes can be quit sore, but I am enjoying every kick.

Cant wait to go on ML, thinking I will go the end of April, but don't want to waste my ML before baby comes, as due date is only the 9th of May. So will try working until the 6th of May (if my body and baby allows me)

Baby's room is also finished and my bag is packed, so I am ready!!

Oh TaNasha, Esme is such a pretty name! I love it. And Esme Marjan Verwimp sounds lovely! Congrats
