Just announcing the arrival of baby Lelam Ekari Nkhoma. She was born via c_section 10hrs after commencement of Labour and dialation at 5cm and th pain getting worse and the doctors being concerned about baby safety. I will write a more elaborate birthing story. We are still at the Hospital and are happy with the service.

Shame man Phillipa - I hate that sobbing.

I think Jack may have also been going through a growth spurt - the last 2 days he has been back to his normal chilled self with a few moans here and there but nothing as intense as it was :)

I also leave him when he has a small moan or chats to himself - I wait for him to cry and then pick him up.

It is frustrating though.
