Hi Ladies

Been MIA for quit a while.
Congrats to all the ladies who gave birth, the babies are all gorgeous and goodluck to those who are about to give birth.

We are doing fine, Nina is just struggling to pick up weight, only picked up about 600g since birth.
Went through scans and and x-rays and alot of blood test, seems she is lactose intolerant (not sure about spelling). spent a few days in hospital with her last week, not the nicest place to be.
Dr put her on Isomil, and she only picked up 50g this week, so we had to do some more blood test today. She is also a bit yellow from the jaundice, but dr said it is because her liver is still a little immature. They are also testing her liver function, but all seems fine.

Shame, she is such a sweet little girl, hardly cried when they took the blood.

Otherwise she is such a little darling, sleeps so well at night, unfortunatly I had to wake her every 3 hours to feed on dr's orders, so that she could pick up more weight.

Hi there everyone.

Is it really winter? It was so warm today, that almost all my laundry was dry, except the few things I only hanged out after 3pm. But tomorrow it is time for a cold front again.

Hi Niknaks, missed you. Congrats on the birth of your baby girl. And yes, I am not feeling bad about not getting my vbac. Either way, as long as my baby is ok, I don't care how he gets into the world. I know that if something is meant to be, it will work out, and vice versa.

Laurakim, he is so beautiful. Is it 12 July already?

Anyway, thats as far as I can remember the personals. sorry for all I missed.

I am not feeling to good today. Had a good cry this am, and now my head hurts. Emotions getting the better of me I guess.

Having a potjie for dh birthday on saturday. Looking forward to it. A lot of prep to do.
