Solo, it can take a while after mp for labor to start. Sometimes weeks. But maybe your doc will change your date? Let us know.

Tanasha, don't worry too much about the weight gain. We are all there with you! At my last app I have also gained 3kg. We will all loose it together!

AFM. Think I worked too hard today. I tackled the one room that is not my responsibillity. If I have to wait for dh to do his part in there, I will flippen wait forever. There has been some talk today of maybe making it ds room, and then maybe this baby will have a room of his own when the winter is over. (I don't want to get up in the winter and have to walk to another room to do bf.) So that will also give me time to get ds some new curtains and bedding. We are also getting a L shape bunk bed from someone, so it will be 2 beds needing new duvet sets.

We have a braai on tonight, and I only just remember taking out the tjops from the freezer. Hope it defrosts in time........

Anyway, will try and stay up to date with the posts from now on!

Its another lovely day here in Cape Town...the weather has been holding up lately, no rain yet...Everyone in the office thinks im crazy coz i'm wearing short sleeved shirts and tops as opposed to winter jackets, scarves and jackets like them..can't help it - i just get so hot these days, must be bcause i've got an internal heater

@solo i know what you mean about your tummy being rock hard, mine does the same...very weird...but mine comes and goes, it doesn't remain hard all the time...

I refuse to be photographed at the moment...in fact i dread coming out fo the house...everything is so big and swollen.. U should see my nose, flat as a pancake! And my skin, it's gone 5 shades darker in certain areas...I no I shouldn't complain as this is part of the package but i really don't recognise myself...I don't now when last i've seen my feet and my DH has to check that my shoes match b4 i leave the house in the morning

Ive gained 3kg in 3 weeks I am defenitly going to be all whale on our photoshoot tomorrow. Oh well at least its Friday and we have a public holiday Monday, so its loooong weekend for me! Woohoo!

Phillipajane, glad you and baby are still hanging in there.

I'm doing well and keagan's doing well. He sleeps well at night and drinks well. He's 2 weeks on friday and is already 200g over his birth weight.

But as much as I love being his mom, its tough as well. There are times where I simply don't know what the right or best thing is. Its so frustrating! But I guess its all part of being a mom
